Hi,

I'm Mardupasrija and I would like to share a moment of awareness with you.

I invite you in this moment to pause.

Take a deep cleansing breath in through the nose.

Exhaling completely,

Releasing any tension,

Any stress that you're holding onto.

Just let it go.

Taking a few moments every day to get really quiet and still allows you to more deeply connect with yourself.

This brings more presence,

Greater happiness,

And better health into our lives.

We get pulled in so many different directions and usually we're the last ones on our list.

Consciously stepping away from all of the busyness around you and taking time to really breathe deeply helps you to become more grounded,

Centered,

And more present with your body,

Your breath,

And your life.
