Transcript

Begin in a comfortable position,

Either seated or lying down.

No place to be.

You are here.

Nowhere to go.

No,

You are here now,

In the present moment.

Begin with a breath.

Get comfortable in your body and focus on slow,

Gentle breathing.

Soften your shoulders,

The muscles in your face,

And posture.

Let go of tension.

Visualize your heart's center.

A golden light is there.

Joy is glowing from within.

Silently repeat,

I am open to joy.

I receive joy with ease and grace.

Feel the joy spread throughout your body.

Smile,

Savor,

Soak it all in.

Inhale joy.

Exhale joy.

A few more of those in your own rhythm,

In your own time.

Center on the breath,

Breathe and restore.

You're welcome to come back to this at any time.

And now,

Gently return to the present moment.
