My name is Anikiko,
I'm going to guide you and facilitate you towards a deeper space,
A space that you can draw great energy from and most importantly give an opportunity to the parts of you that worry,
That experience anxiety and that have so much stress to fall away.
Getting ready for release,
It's so important that we just set up for the ultimate benefit of letting it all go.
The space that we are creating is like a space where we come home to the deepest parts of you,
Where we come home to inner peace,
Harmony,
Stillness.
For the world outside doesn't actually stop,
In fact it seems as if it just gets faster and faster and the to-do list just seems to get longer and longer,
Contributing ever more to ongoing feelings of stress,
Anxiety and overwhelm.
So see this is your daily dose of letting go of anxiety and stress and retraining your brain and body to consistently keep letting go.
So let's get ready for release,
Finding a space where you know you won't be disturbed,
Where you can say yes to you and allow the outside world just to take a back seat.
You can either sit down where you can feel your belly rise and fall and where your lungs don't have to do all the work or you can lie down,
Lying down with your head on a pillow where you can feel the rise and fall of your belly and again allow your upper body to completely let go.
If there is anything constricting your lower belly or your hips go ahead and loosen it right now.
We want our lower belly to have the opportunity to expand as far as it can go so take a moment to unbutton any buttons,
Undo any belts and just allow that lower belly to have a lot of space.
The music that you hear is specifically designed with certain frequencies,
Harmonies,
Vowel sounds and scales that are all to do with taking your mind body and spirit to a place of peace and even healing.
The deeper you go,
The more you can recuperate,
The deeper you go,
The more your body can just let go and do what it does best,
Heal.
