Hello and welcome to this guided meditation to elevate your vibrational frequency to a state of love,

Peace,

Joy,

And gratitude.

Please get into a comfortable position seated or lying down and make sure that you will not be disturbed for the duration of this session.

Headphones are recommended.

Breathing is the most important thing we do,

Yet we tend to forget about it and never consciously breathe the best we can.

Let's begin by taking three nice big deep breaths,

Paying attention to your belly and lungs expanding when you do so.

One,

Fully in,

Expanding,

And exhale,

Letting your body relax.

Two,

Breathe deeply and expand.

Let any worrisome thoughts just fade away.

Three,

Filling your body with as much oxygen as you can and let the air escape from your body,

Relaxing you even further.

Good.

Now breathe in and breathe out,

Allowing the breath to relax you.

With your next breath,

You can imagine that you are breathing into all the tense areas in your body.

Hold that breath for just a moment.

Now breathing out,

Sending the tension away.

Take another nice deep breath and fill those areas of tension with oxygen and exhale,

Allowing your body to fully relax and feel at ease.

Breathing in and breathing out,

Feeling relaxed.

This time when you breathe in,

Open your eyes and gaze forward.

When you breathe out,

Gently close your eyes.

Repeat this until your eyes want to fully close and allow them to remain shut.

Breathe in and breathe out,

Relaxing you even more.

Breathe in and breathe out,

So relaxed.

Good.

Now let your breath flow naturally.

Become aware of your hands now,

Noticing a gentle warmth growing in them.

Feel in your hands each tiny molecule and cell vibrating,

Making for a relaxing warm sensation.

Consciously focus on how the frequency rises in your hands when you concentrate on it.

Now focus only on your fingertips.

Imagine that you can feel the tiny sensations of every cell in your fingertips vibrating higher and higher to a relaxing frequency.

Begin to wiggle your fingers and continue to do so.

And as you do,

You are building the frequency within your fingers.

And when you stop moving them for a moment,

Imagine that you are sending the high vibration up your entire arms.

Keep wiggling,

Feeling how you want to relax your fingers.

Now stop moving them and become still,

Allowing the vibration to travel up your arms,

Relaxing them all the way to your shoulders,

Dropping them down and removing any tension.

Now do the same process with your toes,

Feeling your feet heavy and warm.

Allow the frequency in each cell of your feet rise naturally as you relax them deeply.

Begin to wiggle your toes,

Generating a high vibration.

Continue to move them even though you want to just let them be still.

Your toes are getting tired,

So stop moving them and let them become motionless.

And as you do,

Send a high vibration all the way up your legs,

Relaxing them.

This vibration releases any tension along the way because it is so powerful.

The wave of this high vibration travels now up into your hips and pelvis,

Your abdomen and your lower back,

Relaxation.

Now allow this relaxing frequency to travel up your spine.

This vibration of love travels into your lungs and relaxes your heart.

This peaceful sensation goes all the way up your neck and into your head,

Melting any tension away.

Now your entire body is vibrating at a high frequency and it is the most joyful feeling.

Stay with your vibrations for a few more moments.

And as you breathe in,

Notice every sensation.

And with any tensions on your next exhale,

Allow them to disappear.

Inhaling these beautiful sensations and exhaling any tensions in your body.

Your vibration is high,

Yet it is extremely relaxing.

And as you gently and kindly open to anything you need to feel or hear,

Allow yourself to experience any special messages that you've been needing to hear for a while while you're experiencing this beautiful frequency.

Allow a strong feeling of gratitude to rise in you now.

Bathe yourself in gratefulness.

Whenever you are ready,

Take another nice deep breath and become fully aware of the present moment.

Ready to take on the rest of your day with confidence.
