Come learn the 4 count breath to releasing anxiety. For many of us anxiety runs in the background continuously. We become so accustomed to its vibration and energy that we live with it and normalize it. In this meditation we begin to awaken to the depths of our anxiety and release it.

Welcome,

Dear one.

This is Naomi.

I know anxiety feels like a storm.

Restless thoughts,

A racing mind.

And that sense of being pulled in every direction.

A storm that makes you feel powerless.

The storm that seems like it will never end.

But right here,

In this moment,

Dear one,

Let's find peace together.

Close your eyes and if possible,

Place your hand on wherever you feel the anxiety.

It could be your heart,

Chest,

Stomach,

Head or any part of your body.

Take a slow,

Full breath in.

Think of every inhale as a cool peppermint breath.

Fill it in wherever you feel the storm.

Exhale the warm,

Heavy breath with a ah.

With every inhale,

You replace the storm with your cool peppermint breath.

And with the last breath out,

You will see the storm clear.

Let's begin.

Inhale.

Anxiety is not who you are.

It is only a passing weather.

Beneath the stormy weather,

You are steady,

Dear one.

You are safe and you can handle it.

As the storm passes,

Carry this truth with you into the day.

And if this moment of calm touched you,

Leave a five-star review,

Which allows more anxious hearts to find the same peace.

I will see you in my next one.

Om Shanti Shanti Shanti.
