Hi beautiful soul,
Welcome to today's meditation and for this moment I am going to ask you a series of questions and I just really want for you to sit with these questions and allow your inner being to answer them and this answer may come as a vision,
A thought,
A feeling,
A tingling in your body,
Sensations,
It can be anything,
A smell even,
A sound.
I just invite you to release any expectation you have of these questions,
Any right or wrong answer.
The real,
Deep and most connected answer is going to be the first one that comes up in your body,
In your soul,
In your mind,
In your senses and even if you don't feel anything at first that is okay as well and that is perfect.
Maybe your inner being needs to give you more time for you to answer these questions.
Maybe you hear silence because you need to find these questions for yourself throughout time.
So I ask you to sit down or lay down in a comfortable space and close your eyes and begin breathing deeply.
Inhale and exhale.
Let's go again.
Breathe in,
Hold it for a second and exhale.
One more time.
Breathe in,
Hold it and let it go.
I want you to focus on your third eye and you can do this by imagining a beautiful light,
A white light or a violet light just in the space between your two eyes and you can do this while you have your eyes closed and you can also try to get your eyes,
Your actual physical eyes to look into this place and the first question is who am I?
And sit for a few moments with these questions.
Who am I?
And just be aware of any sensation,
Any thought.
Who am I?
And remember that your soul only speaks in love vibration so you will know when this answer comes from your inner soul and if it comes from your ego or fear or insecurity then you will feel an anxious energy and I ask you to just let it go,
Breathe it out,
Breathe this energy out if it's coming up for you this way and just keep asking yourself the question who am I and just vibrate in love and curiosity.
Who am I?
And the second question is what am I wishing to release?
What am I wishing to release?
Anything that no longer serves you,
Anything that no longer fits with the version that you want to become,
Anything that does not come from your heart and your desires and your dreams.
What am I wishing to release?
What am I wishing to release?
Third question is what do I want?
What do I really want?
And again focus on this expansive exciting and loving energy and release any expectations that do not come from yourself.
What is it that you really really want?
What is it that you really truly deeply desire of life and for yourself?
What do I want?
Check in with your body,
Feelings,
Smells,
Sensations,
Visions.
See yourself embodying this that you desire,
That you want.
What do I really want?
What do I really desire?
And I want you to take a deep breath in and slowly let it go and I invite you to stay here for a few more seconds to feel and be aware and observe all the sensations,
The thoughts,
The imageries,
The feelings that you might have noticed while asking any of these three questions.
And I invite you to get a journal or a notebook or a piece of paper and write down any insights,
Any new ideas,
Any desires that have come up during these few minutes.
