My name is Nathalie and I want to welcome you to this new moon meditation in Aquarius.

The new moon marks a time for new beginnings,

Planting seeds for the future.

And in Aquarius,

This energy is focused on individuality,

Innovation and community.

Aquarius invites us to explore new ideas,

Connect with our higher selves and think outside the box.

It is an air sign ruled by Uranus and Aquarius encourages us to progress both on a personal and a collective level.

This is a time to set intentions around innovation,

Embracing new perspectives and supporting the collective good.

Now let's begin.

Settle into a comfortable position,

Whether you want to lie down or sit.

Take a moment to really tune in.

Maybe you want a supportive blanket,

Some pillows.

And if you feel that you have made all the adjustments that you needed,

I would like to invite you to close your eyes.

Take a deep breath in and out through your mouth.

Again,

Take a deep breath in through your nose and sigh everything out.

Continue to breathe and let each breath bring you into this present moment.

And now go back to a normal breathing pattern when you inhale and exhale through your nose.

Now bring your awareness to the top of your head.

Imagine a soft,

Gentle light radiating from your crown,

Soothing any tension.

Let this light spread down over your forehead,

Relaxing your eyes,

Smoothening out any creases in your brows,

Allowing your face to soften.

Relax your tongue into your mouth.

Relax your jaw.

And then move your attention to your neck,

Your throat and your shoulders.

Release any tightness.

Let your shoulders drop away from your ears as you exhale,

Feeling lighter and more at ease.

Bring your awareness to your shoulder blades.

Feel them grounding on the ground.

Now bring your awareness to your arms.

Allow them to rest gently by your sides.

Feel the relaxation flowing from your shoulders down through your arms into your hands and fingers.

Now bring your attention to your chest and stomach.

As you inhale,

Feel your chest expand and as you exhale,

Feel your abdomen soften.

Let go of any remaining tension in your back and your spine,

Feeling supported by the surface beneath you.

Now focus on your hips,

Your legs and your feet.

Feel the connection to the earth below you,

Grounding you with stability and support.

Let any remaining tension melt away with every breath you take.

With every inhale,

Feel more relaxed and present.

And with every exhale,

Feel more at peace,

Aligned with the energy of the new moon.

Imagine your entire body being completely relaxed.

From your toes to the crown of your head.

From the crown of your head all the way down to your toes.

Inhale peace and exhale feeling grounded.

Inhale relaxation and exhale feeling supported.

Now imagine yourself standing on the edge of a vast open field.

The sky is a deep peaceful blue with the new moon shining brightly overhead.

You feel a sense of calm and possibility,

Knowing that the energy of this new moon in Aquarius is opening up new paths for you.

As you stand in this field,

Envision a light within you,

Your inner spark beginning to glow brightly.

With each breath,

This light grows stronger,

Expanding with your creative energy and fresh ideas.

Now imagine this light reaching out beyond you,

Connecting with the energy of others around the world,

Creating a network of positive change.

See yourself confidently embracing new ways of thinking,

New possibilities and new approaches to life.

You are empowered to step forward into this new phase of personal and collective transformation.

Feel the support of the universe and the collective energy of the universe.

Feel the energy of Aquarius surrounding you as you take the next step on your journey.

Take a moment to feel your heart open and ready to receive new opportunities.

Visualize your intentions for this new moon taking shape,

Whether they are personal or related to your greater vision for the future.

See these intentions growing and blossoming into reality.

And now slowly bring your awareness back to your body.

Begin to deepen your inhale and exhale.

Bring your awareness back to your surroundings.

And then gently bend your knees into your chest and roll over to one side,

Using one of your hands as a pillow for your head and remain with your eyes closed if possible.

And while you're lying there on your side,

Take a moment to thank yourself.

Thank yourself for this time.

Thank yourself for this space.

And then gently,

With your eyes still closed,

Push yourself up into a seated meditative position.

Before we end this meditation practice,

I would like to share three tips to integrate Aquarius energy in your daily life.

Embrace change.

Allow yourself to be open to new ideas,

Technologies or unconventional methods.

The energy of Aquarius encourages us to think outside the box.

Use this time to explore new ways to grow or improve your daily habits.

Nurture connection.

Focus on building relationships that align with your authentic self.

Engage with communities that share your values or interests and contribute to causes that matter to you.

Innovate and create.

Tap into your creativity and experiment with new projects,

Whether they're personal or professional.

Aquarius strives on innovation,

So let yourself think big and explore fresh possibilities.

And now let's end this meditation with one om and three shanties.

Inhale deeply,

Filling up your chest and belly with air.

Shanty,

And then when you're ready,

Gently open your eyes,

Knowing that you are aligned with the transformative energy of this new moon.
