Good morning!
My name is Nathalie and I am here to boost your energy for this new day.
Let's start with a few deep breaths to wake up our body and mind.
I want to ask you to take your right hand and to close your left nostril with your ring finger.
You can have your middle and index finger in between your eyebrows and you just inhale through your right nostril and exhale through your right nostril.
Inhale through your right nostril and exhale through your right nostril.
Continue to do so while you keep your left nostril closed.
This is to energize your body.
We are activating our sun sight,
Our yang,
Our energy to boost this day.
Let every breath bring in fresh energy and let go of any sleepiness.
Breathe in energy and breathe out any tension.
You can also close your eyes and continue to breathe only through your right nostril.
Trust me,
If you do this every day,
This will change your energy.
You will continue to do so for another minute and try to make your exhales a little bit longer than your inhales.
Now gently release your hands back to your knees and just breathe normally again.
As you continue to breathe,
Bring your attention to your body.
Notice any areas that feel tight or tense.
Now with every exhale,
Let that tension melt away.
Now gently roll your shoulders up and back.
Make a lot of space between your ears and your shoulders.
Stretch your arms up.
Wiggle your fingers.
Just feel your body waking up,
Filled with life and movement.
Bring your fingers down if they are still up.
And now set a quick powerful intention for your day.
This could be a word like focus,
Joy,
Confidence.
Hold a word that's in your mind and feel its energy and feel it expanding through your body,
Filling you with purpose.
And now imagine a warm golden light glowing in your chest,
Radiating outwards.
See how this light fills your entire body,
Gives you energy and strength.
And picture yourself moving through your day,
Feeling confident,
Energized and ready for anything.
And now slowly stand up if you're sitting down.
Stand up and feel the ground underneath you.
Feel your feet grounded into the earth.
Roll your shoulders up and back.
And now repeat silently or out loud.
I am ready for today.
I move through my day with ease and joy.
I attract positive experiences and opportunities.
Now take one more deep breath.
Lift the corners of your mouth and smile.
And know that you are ready to have an amazing day.
Now go out there and shine.
