
Letting Go Of The Past Meditation
This is a clearing hypnosis meditation that will help you do the inner work to be able to let go of all the past hurts. This is a guided meditation with beautiful imagery to let you go of all that does not serve any purpose to you anymore.

Hi,
Welcome to another Hypnosis Download.
This download is about letting go and moving on,
Dropping all the baggage and starting your life afresh,
With no baggage,
With no ties to the past.
Because today you have chosen to let go,
Isn't it?
Listen to this recording only when your mind does not require conscious attention.
So get as comfortable as you can,
With your arms and legs uncrossed.
And I wonder if you could now simply close your eyes.
Listen to each word I say.
And listening to each word that I say only means you are becoming more and more relaxed.
Listening to each word that I say only means you are simply letting go of all unwanted thoughts.
Imagining,
Feeling,
Visualizing thoughts fading away in the background.
As you listen to the sound of my voice,
And the sound of my voice only,
I want you to now take a deep breath.
Deeply,
That's right.
And exhale all the way out from your mouth.
Now take another deep breath.
Inhale deeply from your nose.
And exhale slowly as you open your mouth a little.
Now take the third breath.
Feeling your lungs with air.
And now exhaling from your mouth.
Now come back to your normal breathing pattern.
And with each breath you take,
And with each word I say,
You simply let go.
Drifting down deeper and deeper.
Further deep into a beautiful state of relaxation.
And I wonder if you could take your eyes back towards the back of your head with your eyes closed as I count down from five down to zero.
And with each countdown you will be twice as deep.
So take your eyes back towards the back of your head with five.
Going deeper and deeper at four.
Further deep at three.
Going deeper and deeper at two.
Drifting down into this magical and beautiful state of relaxation at one and zero.
And I wonder if you could now imagine yourself moving through a tunnel.
A tunnel that is long with sturdy walls.
And the door at the end.
You notice the walls as you move towards the door.
Perhaps touch them.
You look down and you notice the floor.
And the door gets bigger and bigger as you get closer and closer.
Walking towards it.
And now you are at the door.
As I count down from three down to zero you will open the door and enter a beautiful garden.
So three,
Two,
One and zero.
Now you are in a garden.
A garden that your mind creates.
And as you look around you notice many trees.
Many flowers.
Green grass.
Butterflies fluttering amid beautiful flowers.
And those lovely huge trees.
And you could notice beautiful and colorful birds hopping from one branch to another.
Chirping and making melodious sounds.
You look at the sky and notice bright sun pouring its warm sun rays on you.
Touching your forehead.
Your eyes.
And you can feel its beautiful warmth all over your body.
You take a walk in your garden and you notice that there is a lovely bench for you.
Very comfortable.
And I know you can be very comfortable on this bench.
The bench looks very fascinating with carvings on it.
It has sturdy hands and legs with curves.
Looks so beautiful.
In the distance you hear a waterfall coming from huge strong mountains in the background.
And landing into the magical stream that goes through your garden.
The stream has a lovely glaze on it because of the sunshine.
You bend down a little to touch the water.
And it's warm and very clean.
Feeling just like diamonds.
Indeed magical.
You turn around and you look at your bench.
And you go towards it slowly and slowly enjoying the surroundings.
And now you take a seat.
And as you take a seat you feel heaviness on your body.
And that heaviness is the baggage you are carrying for so long.
You have pockets in your outfit.
And there could be one or two pockets or maybe more.
And today is the day to check those pockets that are perhaps making you feel so heavy.
And you put your hand in one of the pockets.
And you take out a paper.
A paper that has written the names of people who have hurt you in the past.
Long long ago.
And those words that really hurt you all are there written on that paper.
Watch those words and names carefully.
Feelings associated with those words in people do not serve any purpose now.
Isn't it?
Because whatever happened,
Happened in the past.
Many years ago.
And it cannot affect your present and future.
So you decide to crumble that paper right away.
Just crumble it up.
And put it in the basket.
The basket which is laying just close to your bench.
Put that crumbled paper in that basket right now.
And you wonder what's there in your other pocket.
Where it's heavier than that paper.
You put your hand in that second pocket of your outfit.
And take out a multimedia album.
This is a special album.
It has pictures and videos of events that made you feel bad about yourself.
Whatever that be,
It's not going to stay with you anymore.
Because whatever happened,
Happened long long back in the past.
And cannot affect you.
Because today you have chosen to move on and let go of all the baggage.
So now to get rid of the multimedia album,
You simply throw it into the basket.
So throw it right away.
That's right.
And if there's any pocket that you feel is filled up with old stuff,
Just take all of that out and crumble and throw.
Because they do not serve any purpose.
They have no significance in your present and your future.
And now you notice that in your garden there are dried up leaves and grass and old branches of trees laying here and there.
And it's time to clean it up.
It's time to get rid of all that clutter.
So take all of that and you have all the power to put a fire to it.
And as I count from three to one,
You put a fire to all the dried up stuff in your garden.
So three,
Two,
One.
And now you watch it.
You watch all the dried up leaves and grass and old branches of trees burning.
And now you also put that basket full of garbage into it.
And as you do that,
You notice how the old herds are vanishing,
Simply fading as the fire settles down to ashes.
And there is a sudden relief in you.
And now the day is moving towards the evening and it's time to go back.
But before you go back,
You decide to take a nice dip into that shallow stream.
That's right.
That beautiful,
Magical,
Shimmering stream.
It's so clean and clear.
It's healing.
And I wonder if you could now move towards it,
Enjoying the surroundings of your lovely garden.
And now the time has come for you to take a nice dip into the water.
You put your feet into it and your hands and the water comes up till your neck.
And taking a dip into the water only means rejuvenating yourself from old hurts and feelings,
Of old patterns,
Feeling fresh from inside and outside.
That's right.
And you decide to take another dip and then another dip.
And with each dip in this beautiful,
Magical stream,
You start to feel better and better.
Spiritually,
Mentally,
Emotionally and physically.
Because it's the magical stream.
The lovely water is so much healing.
That's right.
And it's now time to come out of it.
So you come out of this stream and slowly and slowly,
With cool and fresh breeze,
You dry yourself up,
Feeling rejuvenated,
Fresh and sparkly clean from within.
Your mind is calm,
Relaxed and clean of all the old patterns,
Thoughts,
Emotions and feelings.
From today on,
You look forward to each day and you look forward to making it a joyful day.
And I am now going to be quiet for a few moments so that you enjoy this beautiful state of relaxation.
And in few moments,
I am going to count you up from one to five.
And at five,
You will be fully awake,
Feeling great about yourself.
So start coming up with one,
Higher up with two,
Further up with three.
All your spiritual,
Mental,
Emotional and physical bodies aligned at four.
And five,
Eyes open wide awake.
One,
Two,
Three,
Four and five.
Eyes open wide awake.
