Welcome to your I Accept Where I Am Right Now EFT Tapping Meditation.
During this meditation,
We're going to work on accepting where we are right now in our lives.
Regardless of where we want to see ourselves going or where we want to be,
We accept this moment now.
We all have goals and dreams.
However,
We may not be where we want to be yet.
We want to accept where we are now.
And the more we accept where we are at this time,
The easier it's going to be to get to where we want to go.
I want you to first just think about something you're working towards and how it makes you feel to not be at your end goal yet.
And on a scale from one through ten,
Think about how that makes you feel.
Ten being the strongest and maybe the most disappointed in yourself for not being at your end goal.
During this session,
I'm going to tell you where to tap so you can get comfortable however works best for you.
And let's begin.
Take a deep breath in and out.
And start tapping on the side of your hand.
I know sometimes it's hard to accept where I am right now because I'm not where I want to be,
But I love and accept myself anyway.
Sometimes it's hard to know that I haven't moved as fast as I wanted to,
But I love and accept myself anyway.
I know that deep down I can accept myself for where I am and I fully love and accept myself.
Take a deep breath in and out.
Eyebrow all of the pain.
Side eye all of the worry.
Under eye all of the anxiety.
Under nose all of the uncertainty.
Under mouth I want to release that.
It doesn't always feel good not being where I want to be.
Under your armpit I feel like I should be further in my goals.
Top of the head or further along in my life.
Take a deep breath in and out.
Eyebrow and I'm not further along in my life or my goals.
Side eye I know I have goals and dreams far beyond where I'm at right now.
Other eye and it's hard to accept that I'm not there.
Under nose I want to release those heavy thoughts and feelings.
Under mouth they aren't helping me to get to the places I want to get to.
Under your armpit I don't want to carry this anymore.
Top of the head it doesn't feel good when I feel unhappy with where I am.
Take a deep breath in and out.
Eyebrow what if I knew that what I'm doing now was leading me to where I wanted to go.
Side eye no matter how small the start.
Under eye it's all taking me where I'm meant to go.
Under nose what if I just believed I would get to where I wanted to be.
Under mouth what if I just had faith in the process.
Collarbone what if having faith allowed me to be okay with where I am right now.
Under your armpit what if I knew this was all leading me in the right direction.
Top of the head what if I just believed.
Take a deep breath in and out.
Eyebrow I know that where I am right now is okay.
Side eye I know I will get to where I want to go.
Under eye I will get to where I meant to go.
Under nose I'm not wasting my time right now.
Under mouth I'm putting all my plans into motion.
Collarbone I'm learning to trust and believe in myself.
Under your armpit and it may feel slow at times.
Top of the head but it's necessary for me to get where I want to.
Take a deep breath in and out.
Eyebrow I'm allowed to not always be happy with my progress.
Side eye but I no longer let it tear me down and control my mood.
Under eye I understand that things take time.
Under nose everything happens in divine timing.
Under mouth things will fall into place when they're supposed to.
Collarbone and I trust that.
Under your armpit I'm continuing to make leaps into the places I want to be.
Top of the head and I know that even if it's not moving fast I'm always doing good things for myself.
Take a deep breath in and out.
Eyebrow I fully understand that things take time.
Side eye I fully accept where I am right now.
Under eye I fully accept myself.
Under nose I know everything will work out as it's meant to.
Under mouth I know that this time is leading me to where I'm supposed to be.
Collarbone I fully accept I'm not where I want to be.
Under your armpit but I know I'm always moving closer to where I want to be.
Top of the head and I fully accept where I'm at right now.
Take a deep breath in and out.

Now if you want to you can go ahead and regrade yourself from a one through ten on the issue that you graded at the beginning of this meditation and hopefully your number went down.
