Welcome to your healthy body EFT tapping meditation.
This meditation is meant to help you feel fully healthy in your body and your immune system.
We may sometimes doubt our body's abilities and not trust them as much as we should.
But this is meant to really help you put that trust in your body.
Your body will show you what it needs to show you and your body is very capable of taking care of anything that comes its way.
All you have to do is listen.
So right now,
Why don't you go ahead and grade how healthy you feel in your body from a one through ten.
Ten being the least amount of healthy.
And we are going to work on bringing that number down as we tap.
So go ahead and get comfortable.
And you can either say my words aloud after me or just listen and feel what I say.
So let's start by taking a deep breath in.
And out.
And I will also direct you on where to tap.
So start tapping on the side of your hand where your pinky finger is.
Sometimes I don't feel fully as healthy as I want to,
But I love and accept myself anyway.
Sometimes I don't fully trust my body and my immune system,
But I fully love and accept myself anyway.
I know I can get to a place where I trust my body's health and I fully love and accept myself.
Go ahead and take a deep breath in.
And out.
Eyebrow.
I don't always feel as healthy as I want to.
Side eye.
I don't always trust my body.
Under eye.
I don't always trust my immune system.
Under nose.
It doesn't feel good to carry these heavy feelings.
Under mouth.
I want to release all of these feelings that I'm carrying.
Collarbone.
I don't like feeling this way.
Under your armpit.
I want to have more trust in all that my body can do.
Top of the head.
I want to have trust in the health that my body possesses.
Take a deep breath in.
And out.
Eyebrow.
Sometimes I feel fearful around what my body might do.
Side eye.
It hurts me to carry this.
Under eye.
And I don't want to think so negatively about my body's health.
Under nose.
I want to trust.
Under mouth.
I want to trust that my body knows.
Collarbone.
And I want to release any negativity that I'm carrying towards my body's health.
Under your armpit.
I want to let go of the fear that I'm holding around my health.
Top of the head.
I want to trust my body's health.
Take a deep breath in.
And out.
Eyebrow.
What if I always believed that my body was as healthy as it needed to be?
Side eye.
What if I knew that if my body needed help,
I could get that help?
Under eye.
What if I trusted my immune system always?
Under nose.
What if I trusted in all that my body is here to do for me?
Under mouth.
What if I knew my body would tell me all that I needed to know?
Collarbone.
I just need to pay attention to my body and nurture it always.
Under your armpit.
What if I could feel so healthy every day,
No matter what?
Top of the head.
What if I always paid attention to what I did or put in my body,
Increasing its health?
Take a deep breath in.
And out.
Eyebrow.
My body is always here for me.
Side eye.
My body does amazing things.
Under eye.
My body is so healthy.
Under nose and so strong.
Under mouth.
My body is always there for me.
Collarbone.
My immune system is healthy.
Under your armpit.
If my body ever needs help being healthier.

My body will let me know.
I just need to listen.
Take a deep breath in.

My body has all the answers.

My body is always talking to me.

I am aware of this and paying attention.
Under nose.
I am paying attention to how I treat my body.
Under mouth.
I am paying attention to what I put in my body.

When I pay attention to my body,
My body only gets healthier.
Under your armpit.
When I pay attention to my body,
My immune system only gets healthier.

When I pay attention and tend to my body when I need to,
My health feels so good.

I fully trust my body and all of its wisdom.

I fully trust my immune system and all of its wisdom.

Even if I have been made to feel otherwise in the past.
Under nose.
My body is so smart.
Under mouth.
My body is healthy.

My body is trustworthy.
Under your armpit.
My body always knows what to do.

I love and trust my body to bring me and my immune system amazing health.

You can go ahead and regrade and see if your number went down at all.
Health obviously has a lot to do with how we take care of our body,
What's going on with our body.
But there's also a feeling there of how we feel in our body.
How the health of our body feels when we really sit back and trust it.
