Hi everyone,

I'm Nora Sophia.

Thank you so much for allowing me to share this time of meditation with you.

It's a beautiful gift that we can give ourselves as often as we want.

So let's begin by finding a comfortable position,

Whether seated or lying down.

I just want you to close your eyes and take a deep breath in,

Allowing your body to relax with each exhale.

And as you settle into this present moment,

I want you to bring your awareness to the sensations in your body.

Just notice any areas of tension or any tightness and gently release them with each breath.

Just feel your body becoming lighter and more at ease.

Now shift your attention to your breath.

Feel the coolness as you inhale and the warmth as you exhale.

Let your breath become a source of calm and relaxation.

As you continue to breathe deeply,

Imagine a radiant light glowing within your heart center.

This light represents your capacity for bliss and joy.

Feel its warmth expanding with each breath,

Filling your entire body with a sense of peace and contentment.

Now bring to mind a moment in your life when you experienced pure bliss.

It could be a memory of a joyful event,

A place that brings you happiness,

Or just a time when you just felt completely at peace.

Allow this memory to come fully alive in your mind's eye,

Reliving the emotions,

Sensations,

And all the senses associated with it.

As you immerse yourself in this memory,

Notice how your body responds.

Feel the subtle shifts of relaxation,

The soft smile on your face,

And the warmth that spreads throughout your being.

Just allow yourself to bask in this blissful state,

Knowing that it's always within your reach.

Now imagine a gentle stream of golden light flowing down,

Descending upon you like a waterfall of pure bliss.

Just feel the soothing energy of this light as it cascades over your entire body,

Washing away any tension or negativity,

And infusing you with an overwhelming sense of joy and tranquility.

With each breath,

Allow this golden light to penetrate every cell of your being,

Rejuvenating and revitalizing you from within.

Just feel it expanding your capacity for love,

For compassion,

And gratitude.

As you continue to bask in this blissful state,

I want you to repeat the following affirmations silently or out loud if you choose.

I am deserving of happiness and joy.

I choose to live in a state of bliss and contentment.

I release all worry and embrace the present moment with gratitude.

I radiate love and positivity to myself and to others.

We're going to do those again.

Exhale slowly,

Releasing any remaining tension or stress.
