Welcome to Whispers of the Heart,
SOS micro meditations.
This meditation is for those of you who's having a little bit of anxiety right now.
Save yourself about five to seven minutes and find a safe place where you can be alone.
If you can lie down,
That would be great.
But if not,
Just have a seat and make yourself as comfortable as possible.
Let's feel the gravity supporting you.
Take a deep breath in and breath out.
Take another deep breath in and breath out.
And take another deep breath in.
So whatever happened or is going to happen that making you feel a little anxious right now,
Know that in this space right now,
You are safe.
And you are loved.
And I want you to focus on your breathing.
And imagine you get to cut off the ties with everything that you're feeling very anxious about.
So imagine you and the things that you are anxious and worried about.
And take a scissor and cut off the connection that it has right now.
Now it's no longer connected to you and you are going to do now.
It's to imagine you're standing by the stream and you're going to send off that things that you are anxious about down the stream.
It's beautiful bird chirping.
Imagine you're just kneeling down by the river and gently placing your anxiety into the stream.
And as it goes,
The anxiety just melts and just dissolves into the water and disappears.
You still might feel a little anxiety in your body.
So let's take a dip in that stream.
Allow yourself to be completely immersed in that water.
And just allow yourself to be cleansed.
Washing away all your anxiety away from you.
The gentle stream gently picking up and sending all those anxiety down the stream so that you don't have to keep them anymore.
Let's take a deep breath in and breath out.
Let's take a deep breath in again.
Now gently allow yourself out of the stream where the warm,
Gentle sunlight instantly dries you off.
And allow you to get yourself ready to tackle the rest of today.
You are no longer haunted by your anxiety.
You're safe.
And you are loved.
No matter what happens.
