With you your inner smile and a smile that we tend to hold back that can be stuck under a low energy of negativity.

So this meditation is designed to move that stuckness so that you can show your true self of loveliness,

Warmth and affection towards yourself.

So enjoy.

So to begin by making yourself comfortable create some space there wherever you're sitting and start to experience a coming home to your special time.

Welcoming just being here because it's precious to hold this space that you sit in.

It's your space and it's your time.

So now close your eyes and allow your hands to rest gently down on your lap.

Lengthen into the spine and extend it all the way up as if you had a piece of string attached to the crown of your head.

Elongating and just bringing awareness to sitting with purpose without being too rigid here.

Let those shoulders go as you relax them down creating space away from your ears and soften your jaw and iron out those frown lines in your face.

So these are the areas where we tend to hold our attention.

So take your awareness to what you feel in this area.

What is the energy here?

The energy that surrounds the face and the energy in and around your body.

What does that energy tell you as you breathe?

And know that and secure in you.

Let the breath ease through what you have found here and whatever you have found just notice those thoughts and especially ones that like to stick to your consciousness.

The ones that create a low energy.

Be present to notice that stuckness that can lead you down an overgrown path.

It's easy to go around to clear the pathway and take some time to see into the.

So care and tend to what grows deserves every breath of your kindness and compassion.

Your mind and body allow space and respect of a love to develop here.

Space and freedom to move beyond and light is and where resistance can dissolve to what you are cultivating is moving towards a better place.

Creating a place of where you can enjoy movement into a positive aware space.

Minds through.

Nurture every moment because everything you need is here.

Everything you could want is here.

Right here.

And if you wish you can place your hands on message to guide you through your day.

When you're ready allowing the body to be aware of your surroundings.

Breathing into noticing the sound.

And when you're ready open your eyes.
