Hello and welcome to this meditation that will help you plant and reap the rewards of an abundant mindset.
My name is Juana and I'm so thrilled to have you on this prosperous journey with me.
It's gonna be fun.
Imagine if you will a garden,
A garden of abundance that isn't quite growing as you please.
Yes there are many plants that are flourishing on your land,
Such as abundant friendships or health let's say,
But other ones such as money,
Well there are only a bunch of weeds and dandelions to show for it.
What you must do in order to reap an abundant reward is unearth and get rid of these weeds,
Limiting beliefs and negative thinking,
And plant and nurture new positive thought seeds.
Imagine each seed as a belief or thought that you carry.
Some lead you to the fruits,
Manifestations you desire,
And others,
Well,
Don't grow into something you like.
What are these bad seeds you need to uproot so that you may plant more fruitful ones?
Because if you don't know exactly what is holding you back,
How are you going to grow past it?
Are you ready to get your hands dirty?
Just kidding,
It's all about visualizing.
Let's get to it.
If you aren't already in a comfortable posture,
Well then make your way there,
Ensuring your spine remains straight.
Take a big breath in through your nose and out through your mouth as you land here fully.
Feel the surface beneath you supporting you completely.
Anchor to it.
I'd like you to imagine a warm gentle light surrounding you.
This light is soothing and calming,
Making you feel safe and relaxed.
With every inhale you feel this light growing brighter and more comforting.
With every exhale you release any tension or stress,
Letting it melt away into the earth beneath you.
In a moment I'm going to count down from 10 to 1.
With each number you will find yourself sinking deeper into relaxation,
Deeper into a peaceful state,
Feeling ever more tranquil and serene.
All right,
Here we go.
As I count,
Allow yourself to drift on down.
10,
Allowing a wave of relaxation to wash all over you.
9,
Letting go of any remaining tension.
8,
Sinking deeper and deeper into yourself.
7,
More calm and more peace.
6,
Deeper still,
More relaxed.
5,
Halfway down,
Feeling wonderfully at ease.
4,
Sinking even more into stillness.
3,
More and more relaxed.
2,
Almost there.
1,
You are completely relaxed,
Peaceful and calm.
From this deeply relaxed state,
Imagine a beautiful path before you that leads to the garden of your inner mind.
Walk along this path taking in the soft ground beneath your feet.
Indulge in your surroundings with all your senses.
Feel the warmth of the Sun on your skin.
Take in the delicious scent of the blossoms.
Listen to the grand symphony of nature,
The singing of the birds,
Rhythmic buzzing of bees,
The rustle of leaves as a breeze hits,
Followed by the whooshing sound of the wind,
So lovely like the breath of a flute weaving through the trees and grasses.
In the distance,
You can hear the soothing sound of a flowing stream.
The colors are so vibrant,
The air is so fresh,
The atmosphere is filled with a sense of utter peace and harmony.
As you happily stroll on by,
You spot the entrance to your very own garden up ahead.
Make your way there and once you enter,
Take a moment to explore it.
Enjoy the vibrant variety of plants and flowers symbolizing the abundance and all its forms already present in your life.
Whether that be friends,
Love,
Health,
Finances,
Good job on growing those and keep on nurturing them.
As you continue to breathe deeply,
Allow your subconscious to reveal to you the areas in your garden where there are weeds,
Areas in your life that are not growing as you'd like.
And as these unwanted wildflowers surface,
Be compassionate with yourself.
Lovingly examine them,
Seeing where they came from and what they taught you,
And then dig them up and dispose of them,
Leaving the space to plant a new one.
Go ahead and plant new seeds by affirming positive intentions into the fertile soil of your mind.
What intentions do you wish to plant?
Perhaps it's a seed for financial abundance,
A seed for success,
Or one for freedom of time.
Whatever it is,
Know that you have the power to nurture and grow these intentions.
So pick up this new seed you want to plant and feel the potential of it in your hand.
This seed represents your positive intention.
Gently plant it into the soil and as you do,
Feel the connection to this intention growing within you.
Keep repeating.
Find another weed,
Compassionately examine the root of it,
Thank it for all it taught you,
And dispose of it,
Planting in its place a new one.
Envision it blossoming to what you want.
I'll leave you to do your gardening and check back in with you.
Relax your attention.
Unfortunately,
There are many bad seeds others planted in your mind.
A lot of these seeds,
Ideas,
Are very damaging as it pertains to wealth.
For example,
Do you believe that money is hard to come by and you have to work really hard for it?
If so,
Your life experience will reflect that back to you.
It will be very hard to acquire wealth.
If you do believe this,
Can you think of examples where money came easy to people who follow their passions?
Or perhaps income came to them in surprising ways?
Surely there are several examples out there.
If you can't think of any,
Make a mental note to be receptive to seeing examples of this in the real world.
They will help you expand so you can see to believe that it is also possible for you.
As another example,
Do you believe people who have lots of money are bad or evil and they acquired it in a selfish or corrupt way?
This belief,
Often stemming from religious or cultural teachings,
Can lead to guilt or shame around financial success and sabotage one's own efforts to accumulate wealth.
In reality,
There are plenty of examples of people who acquired wealth contributing to society,
Not taking away from it.
Think of some examples and if nothing comes to mind,
Make a mental note to be receptive to real-world examples.
There are many other bad seeds.
Do you have any of these?
Scarcity mentality,
The belief that a limited amount of money is available and not everyone can enjoy a piece of the pie.
This mindset can lead to fears of not enough and hoarding resources instead of investing or spending wisely.
Fixed mindset,
The belief that one's financial situation is predetermined and unchangeable,
Which leads to resignation and lack of motivation to improve one's situation.
This also goes hand-in-hand with financial inertia,
Which is the belief that financial success is reserved for the lucky few.
Rather than recognizing that one can create their own luck,
This belief can lead to complacency and lack of initiative.
And finally,
Dependency.
Relying on others such as a partner or family member for financial security,
Rather than building one's own independence and self-sufficiency,
This dependency can result in feelings of powerlessness and insecurity.
If you've planted any of these bad seeds in your mind,
Uproot and plant new ones.
Remember that seeds don't grow overnight.
Be patient with yourself and the process.
Keep watering these seeds every day with positive intention and in time,
Your garden,
Your reality,
Will blossom before your very eyes.
I'd like you to now envision watering all the new seeds you've planted,
Giving them the nourishment they need to grow.
See the sunlight shining down,
Providing warmth and energy.
Picture your seeds beginning to sprout,
Their roots growing deep and strong before you can even see evidence of them in your reality.
A wise gardener never tramples on their soil,
Demanding their plants to grow overnight.
They trust in the process and timing of nature,
As should you.
Know that one day the seeds of your positive intention,
If nurtured properly,
Will reach towards the light,
Manifesting into your reality.
Take a moment to sit back and appreciate your beautiful garden,
Knowing that you can always come back to it and plant anything you'd like.
When you're ready,
Start to walk back along the beautiful serene path that brought you here.
As you return,
Know that you're bringing all these positive intentions back with you,
Integrating them into your very being.
I'm gonna count from 1 to 5.
With each number,
You will feel yourself becoming more in tune with your surroundings,
Bringing back with you the peace and positive energy you cultivated in your inward journey.
1.
Feeling a gentle energy returning to your body.
2.
Becoming more aware of your surroundings.
3.
Feeling refreshed and revitalized.
4.
Almost fully aware and fully awake.
And 5.
Wide awake,
Feeling great,
Calm,
And ready to take on the rest of your day.
Welcome back.
Please take a moment to stretch and reorient yourself.
Thank you so much for joining me.
I hope you continue to carry the positive energy and intentions you planted here into your daily life.
Please let me know how your inward journey went and what new seeds you planted.
I'd love to hear.
And follow along for more to come.
Blessings to you.
