Welcome to this guide to meditation on abundance.
My name is Juana and I'm honored to lead you through this journey of celebration and gratitude for all the abundance we have in our lives.
Before we dive right in,
Let's get comfortable and grounded with some deep conscious breaths that will carry us through this journey of thanks.
Start with a big inhale through the nose and a big exhale out through the mouth.
Keep inhaling in through the nose and out through the mouth.
Feel your body slowly begin to relax with each new breath.
Relax your jaw.
Relax your shoulders.
Relax your whole body.
From here continue with some nice easy breaths.
In through the nose and right back out through the nose.
Abundance.
Abundance is having more than you need.
The key to abundance is realizing that it's not something you seek,
But rather something you realize.
The richest are not those with the most money,
Cars or luxury homes.
The richest are those who are abundant in joy,
Laughter and love.
The wealthiest are not those who wear the most expensive jewelry and designer clothes.
The wealthiest are those with the strength of mind,
Body and soul.
Abundance can be seen in every single moment.
In every sunrise.
In every sunset.
In every breath in.
And every breath out.
In every smile and hug that comes your way.
Take a look at the sun.
It shows no lack or scarcity.
The sun warms and helps feed our planet.
It shines for us all equally.
As the poet Rumi wrote,
And still,
After all this time,
The sun never says to the earth,
You own me.
Look what happens with a love like that.
It lights the whole sky.
Abundance is a mindset that lights up our entire world.
It is realizing that you don't need the dream job,
Home or partner to make you happy.
Abundance is realizing you have more than you need to make you happy right here,
Right now.
The cup that overflows.
So let's begin to fill our cup.
Imagine a big empty cup in your mind's eye.
With each and every thought of gratitude,
You slowly fill this cup up.
One thought of abundance is one splash of water into the cup.
So go ahead and take this time and fill it right up.
What are you thankful for?
Rub floral What abundance do you have in your own life?
These don't just have to be the big things,
Like your bank account,
Home,
Job or family.
In fact,
The simplest of things,
The ones that are free,
Are the ones that bring us the most joy and often get overlooked.
I am thankful for how the sun lights up my room first thing in the morning.
I am thankful for the dance of the snowflakes as they glide down to earth.
I am thankful for the feeling of water being splashed across my face.
I am thankful for that first sip of coffee in the morning.
I am thankful for the smell of fresh laundry.
Keep filling your cup.
Fill it up so much that it overflows.
Music When you can't fill it anymore,
Carefully lift this cup up and appreciate everything you have poured into it.
Really breathe into your heart space and feel the gratitude emanating from there for everything you do have in your life.
Now take this cup and slowly pour it down your head.
Feel all the abundance washing all over you.
Feel all the gratitude flowing down your body,
Showering you from head to toe with love and appreciation as you feel a big smile coming across your face,
As you realize everything you always wanted was right here all along.
You just needed to realize it.
Now that you've been washing gratitude,
Let's bring this state of mind,
Body and soul back with us as we begin to connect with our outer world again.
Feel your body and ground connection as your attention comes back into the room.
Slowly and mindfully wiggle your fingers,
Wiggle your toes and flutter open your eyes.
