Aquarius Full Moon Meditation - August 2023

Welcome,

Welcome to a full moon in Aquarius in August 2023.

We have such a powerful line up this month,

Two full moons,

A new moon and the 8-8 Lionsgate.

The full moon and the 8-8 Lionsgate is very close together,

Only really 7 to 8 days apart.

So what I'm going to do this time in this meditation is there will be two parts.

So this is the first part,

The full moon in Aquarius and it's aligning us to our heart,

Opening our heart,

Releasing and transmuting what does not serve us and preparing us for the Lionsgate,

8-8 Lionsgate meditation that will be in succession of this one.

But what I would suggest you do is do the full moon meditation and allow everything in your life to come up that needs clearing,

Acknowledging,

Accepting,

Forgiving,

Finding clarity and awareness and compassion around whatever is going on in your life and where your soul is leading to you in this moment right now.

And then wait at least 3 days,

3 days for the healing,

Perhaps 4 or 5,

Or if you're on cue with your full moon,

Then 1 week later doing the second part of this meditation series.

So the Aquarius full moon,

Aquarians,

The water bearer and also the elemental sign of air,

Which is about thoughts and communication.

Aquarius,

If some of you are unaware,

That song,

I think it was written in the 60's,

The age of Aquarius and that is exactly the age we are now moving into,

The golden age.

The last 2000 years have been ruled by Pisces.

Pisces was about putting importance up on a pedestal,

For instance,

The Pope,

The Royals,

The Prime Ministers,

The governments,

The statues,

Religion,

God,

Jesus,

All that kind of thing,

Doctors,

Medical professions and taking away our unique,

Aquarius is about uniqueness and individuality,

Taking away from us our own creativity to beat to our own drum and instead reverend and put gurus up on pedestals to worship.

So now as you can see around the world,

Imperfect unison is how it is meant to be,

A lot of systems are breaking down,

Crumbling,

Turning into chaos,

Carnage and that is all the part of the process of moving more and more into the age of Aquarius.

Now Aquarians and the age of Aquarius,

Like I said,

Are unique,

They follow their own beat to their own drum and that's what Aquarius is about,

The whole age movement,

It's about not putting people up on pedestals or statues or gods or whatever you see it as,

It's about going within,

Going into your own heart space,

Breathing and bringing out your creativity,

Your creative juices,

Your intuition,

Your own inner guidance,

Your higher self and making that connection stronger and stronger and stronger each time you take time out for yourself,

Putting yourself,

We've been told that we are selfish when we put ourselves first,

I've changed that word to selfful,

I am filling myself with what I need to heal and follow the beat of my drum.

Aquarius is also about their freedom,

So very apt at this time for everything that we are going through and they also have a strong sense of social justice and they are humanitarians and they believe in nature of change and evolution,

So it's very fitting and then as we follow into the Lion's Gate,

So this is preparing you to open your heart and the Lion's Gate,

The heart,

The courageous,

The bravery,

The golden pinnacle time in history,

In each year we are given this time to manifest our desires and our dreams from our heart space,

So it's very exciting where we are at right now and how we have that capability and that uniqueness to change what is not serving us anymore.

So get yourself comfy,

Take some deep breaths,

Letting go of what you were doing before,

Letting go of what you were going to do after and bringing yourself into this moment right here and right now.

As always we are going to ground ourselves first,

Imagining that you have roots from a tree coming from your feet or ribbons,

Cords,

Rays of light,

However you see it coming from the base of your feet and going down,

Down,

Down,

Searching for that beautiful heartbeat of Mother Gaia,

Going down into the ground,

She senses you,

She knows you,

She feels you coming,

She opens her heart to you and for you,

Traveling down,

Down,

Down through all the layers of the earth,

Connecting your roots,

Ribbons,

Cords,

Light,

However you see it,

Connecting into Mother Gaia's beautiful golden beating heart and drawing her beautiful energy up,

Up,

Up,

Up,

Filled with the richness and the tapestry of life itself,

Energizing,

Igniting,

Sparking your passion,

Keeping you safe,

Supporting you,

Loving you,

Showing you that the beauty you see is also the key of the beauty that lies within you,

Relaxing more and more as you feel the warmth of this beautiful golden energy traveling up,

Up,

Up through your body,

Through every cell,

Every vein,

Artery,

Circulatory system,

Every organ,

Bone,

Glands,

Traveling up and up until you are consumed in Mother Earth's loving golden energy and open your crown at the top of your head and allow Heaven's beautiful cosmic,

Crystalline,

Pure,

Innate wisdom energy to pour down like sparkling silvery moonlight filled with all the energy,

The answers,

The love,

The power and the courage and bravery to face yourself head on,

Bringing that energy down,

Down,

Down,

See it glittering and lighting up your whole body,

Lighting up your chakras,

Bringing that energy down,

Down,

Down,

Imagining any dis-ease in your body dissipating,

Any heaviness,

Tired,

Stiff,

Sore,

Achy,

Painful energy releasing from your body,

Acknowledging where your body is telling you that there is a distortion,

Transmuting that distortion into the high powered vibration that is consuming your body right now,

We're mingling that golden,

That silver energy,

Swirling it through your body,

Through your brain cells,

Through your DNA,

Pushing it out through your skin and into your aura,

Cleansing and clearing,

Clearing out any dross,

Negative specks,

Cords,

Hooks,

Distortions,

Entities,

Holes,

Plugging up your aura and expanding your aura with golden silver energy,

You are now perfectly safe,

Sealed with protection,

Grounded,

Connected,

Free to let go,

Let all your muscles go in your body,

Your tummy,

Your jaw,

Your eyes,

Softening as you relax and more deeply,

Peacefully trusting the process,

Imagine in front of you that you find yourself on a pathway,

In the backdrop to your pathway you can see the sun setting and you see the brilliance of the sky,

The pale pinks and the pale blues,

There may be some orange,

Yellows,

It is just exquisite,

The beauty you see and that inner knowing that you have that beauty within you,

You can see the pathway before you but as the sun goes down,

The pathway is darkening and so is the sky,

You see the purples,

The dark blues and the purples turning to that deep indigo colour and your first star pops up and sparkles at you,

You cannot see that pathway anymore but you are encouraged to start walking it,

As you start to walk this very,

Very dark pathway,

Not knowing where you are headed,

Where you are going but trusting and feeling the excitement within you that this is a pivotal moment for you,

With the full moon followed by the lion's gate,

A new moon and another full moon all in one month,

As you're walking along the beautiful rays of the full moon are starting to lift up into the sky,

More beauty surrounding you,

The golden moon appearing so big and so large slowly and gradually lifting into the night sky,

As the moon lifts and shines down so you can see the pathway,

You see the silvery specks of moon on the pathway as you continue to walk it,

You have no idea where this pathway is headed and in fact there are lots of tracks that you could take on this pathway,

You have been encouraged to just drift,

Drift with nobody telling you,

Showing you the way and every time a little bit of a anxiety,

A spark of fear will go into your head,

Take a deep breath,

Readjust yourself and breathe into your heart space,

Get familiar with yourself,

Ask yourself this question,

Am I on the right path for now?

As we know there is no right or wrong,

Our soul will take us,

Will journey us when we step out of our head and into our heart,

You have no guide around you,

Only you guiding you,

The pathway becomes very narrow and when you see the moon shining down on the path,

There is no land either side of this pathway,

It is a thin track on the edge of a cliff and when your brain and your ego tells you what is the point of all of this,

Why are we out here in the dark,

Feeling alone,

Feeling cold,

Feeling the dark night of the soul,

What is the point?

Take a deep breath,

Step back into your heart,

Into your knowing,

Trust the process,

It is very airy out there in the ethers,

Nothing at all around you except rock,

Cliffs,

Nothingness either side of you,

The path feels crumbly underfoot,

Your mind may be racing and each time it does,

Bring it back into your core,

You are the navigator of your own journey,

Your own pathway and you are encouraged to drift,

Drift,

Drift along,

That knowing in your heart,

That trusting that you are on the right pathway and your soul is leading you to exactly where and what you need at this time,

You look up at this beautiful moon,

Struck by its beauty,

Its aura,

Its own aura of energy pulsating out there in the sky,

Shining the light,

Illuminating your path,

Encouraging you to keep going,

This is an opportunity,

An opportunity for higher consciousness to attune into your own abilities without following anyone except yourself,

The beat of your own drum,

It's one of the hardest things to do is to step off the normal mainstream path where we are told what to do,

What to eat,

What to wear,

What to watch,

Letting go of all of that for now and walking the darkness that will take you to higher consciousness of your lightness,

That soul knowing that it will not stay dark forever and as you keep walking ahead of you in the moonlight,

You see like a big face of a rock,

I guess of like a mountain,

A hilltop,

Not sure if you can hear that kookaburra in the background encouraging us,

Full of joy and this face cliff,

This rock is massive and as you get closer and closer you see that there is a cave doorway,

An opening into this rock,

You cannot see anything at all in this rock,

Darkness surrounds you,

When you take a step into the cave there is no moonlight within these walls but keep going,

Trust the process and as you walk deeper and deeper into this cave,

You have no idea what could come around that corner,

You can feel the uncertainty welling up inside of you,

Perhaps that anxiety or that fear consuming you but stop,

Take a deep breath,

Breathe into your heart and as you keep moving deeper and deeper and deeper into this cliff side,

Rock,

Mountain,

However you see it,

You do see a circle of light on the ground in the distance and as you move closer and closer to this light,

What you realize is that there is a hole in the hill,

Mountain,

Cliff side,

A hole above,

Way way way up high,

A bit like a volcano entrance I guess and through this hole is the beautiful full moon,

Shining its light down for you and as you get closer you're encouraged to sit in the circle of light and as your eyes adjust to the light and you look around this cave,

You realize that you are in a cave full of rainbow fluorite,

The purples and greens,

The crystal glistening off all of the walls,

The floor is slated fluorite,

The moon shines and it just strikes you with so much beauty and awe and if you do have a piece of rainbow fluorite,

Put that out in the full moon and use that to help you through the coming days and if not,

Just visualize this cave,

You can look the crystal up later and see it in your mind's eye.

Fluorite emanates a highly spiritual vibration that can shield you from negative influences or negative people around you,

Fluorite can help you with emotional imbalances,

Know that you're being surrounded by love,

By light and trust in the protection you are now receiving,

You're being encouraged to let go of your fears and concerns and allow the wondrous healing to take place.

Imagine this beautiful fluorite is emanating through every single cell of your body,

You can feel the shift and vibration in this cave,

You can see the fluorite all over the ceiling,

The floors,

The walls,

Sparkling in the moonlight and as you are adjusting to the energy,

Knowing that you've been cleared of some deep,

Deep heart work tonight,

Imagine your heart chakra in the middle of your chest,

Imagine it like a lotus of 12 petals,

Imagine that it is the fluorite green,

Now this chakra represents and connects to your astral auric body,

Your emotional aura,

So we're cleansing your emotional etheric body today,

Imagine the chakra starting to spin and it spins in an anti-clockwise motion,

Now this chakra governs quite a few areas in your body,

So as I go through the areas in your body,

Imagine any stuck energy is being released,

It governs your thymus which sits between your neck and your chest and this governs your immune system,

So if you have any worries or concerns about your immune system,

Imagine it dissipating now,

Any autoimmune disease,

Any allergies,

Breakdowns in your body,

Any addictions,

Flus,

Colds,

Releasing,

Releasing,

Releasing,

It also governs your lungs so where you've found it hard to breathe or you're experiencing or have experienced grief and you've held onto it in your lungs,

That you find it hard to even fathom life at the moment,

Take some deep breaths and allow this Fluorite,

Rainbow Fluorite crystal energy to fill your lungs and dissipate any of that disease,

This chakra also governs your circulation,

So swirl this Fluorite through all of your circulation,

Circulatory systems in your body,

Where you may be experiencing cold feet or cold hands,

Veins,

Varicose veins,

Even the diabetes,

Running down your legs through your arteries,

Clearing,

Clearing,

Clearing,

It also represents your hands,

So if you've got any of that arthritic pain,

If you're a healer and you want more,

Imagine the Fluorite unblocking every single energy circulatory system through your hands,

The chakra also governs your shoulders,

So if you're carrying any burdens in life,

Feel your shoulders become lighter as you let go and transmute anything that's been holding you down,

And also it governs your breasts,

That motherly figure,

That being a mum,

Or that feminine rising,

Where you have been suppressed in past lives or this life,

Where you have experienced trauma as a woman,

It is so close to your heart,

Release it now,

We are in the great awakening of Aquarius,

The rising of the creative feminine energy within,

For we are the goddesses,

Even if you're a male,

Opening to the feminine goddess within you,

Clearing out all those emotional blocks,

Traumas,

Brokenheartedness,

Bringing that energy into your heart,

This chakra is associated with love,

Giving and receiving,

So many of us have been taught to give,

Give,

Give,

Until our well is empty,

This is a strong pattern and condition that we are releasing right now,

In this moment,

You cannot give,

You cannot pray for someone,

You cannot be a martyr,

You cannot keep giving from a cup half empty,

The sacrificial love is different to the generosity of giving and receiving,

Release it all now,

The chakra is associated with compassion and forgiveness,

Forgiving yourself first and foremost,

Just for a moment,

Sit in this heart space and allow your soul to bring forward to you,

Anybody in your life right now that does not resonate to this beautiful spinning 12-minute in your life right now that does not resonate to this beautiful spinning 12-petaled lotus flower of love within your chest,

Any situation that does not resonate,

Any job,

Any friendship,

Partnership,

Relationship,

Living conditions,

Monetary conditions,

What is it in your heart that needs to go in order to make room for the new,

What doors need to close,

Who do you need to forgive,

If there is something or somebody that you can't quite forgive yet,

Let's put it out there that this is a work in progress,

That the more time you spend on this,

The more it will transmute and release with ease and grace,

Take a deep breath and now we're moving into the crown chakra,

The purple of the fluorite,

The rainbow fluorite,

The violet and imagine this chakra in your crown has a thousand petals of a lotus,

It's at the top of your head and it moves in a clockwise direction and connects you to your spiritual auric body,

It is also associated with your mental health,

Your knowledge,

Your spiritual enlightenment and the moon is shining down on this chakra,

Allow it to start moving faster and faster,

Spinning out all those old patterns and conditions in your brain and this is connected to your pineal gland,

This is your spiritual antenna where all your wisdoms come in and this fluorite in your water,

Different to the crystal fluoride in your toothpaste,

Coats your pineal gland like cotton wool,

Stops you being creative and thinking for yourself,

Keeps you in the age of Pisces,

So after this meditation as well,

Keep connecting into your body to see what it is that needs to be gone out of your diet,

Out of your lifestyle,

That needs to detox from your precious body which is turning more and more into a light body daily,

So this chakra also represents your skull and your brain,

So we're connecting those synapses in your brain,

Those new neuron pathways,

Firing them up and this chakra is connected to beauty and grace,

Oneness with all,

Our divinity which is the most important connection of all right now,

When as we drift like the drifter we were on the path,

Connecting back into our heart and divinity will keep us on our path,

This is where we come into that understanding and that enlightenment and as you feel more and more and more light fill your body and we're focusing on our heart chakra and our crown chakra,

Imagine from the anti-clockwise around your heart chakra,

Moving up to your crown in the clockwise direction,

A figure eight is forming around one chakra and down around the other chakra,

So from your head to your heart you can see an eight and you're traveling this energy around your chakras,

Your emotional body and your mental bodies,

Your etheric bodies,

And as you are doing this any mental anguish,

Anxiety,

Depression,

Lowness,

Highness,

Out of balanceness in your mental fields,

Allow it to be flicked out,

Allow that moonlight to shine upon you,

Giving you that clarity through your crown to see what it is that does not serve you in the life that you are walking and choosing right now,

One step at a time,

We're all in this together,

We will get through this together,

Even if it feels like moments of darkness,

The dark night of the soul,

Know at the end of it,

The tunnel of light and life and high consciousness energy awaits you,

There is no avoiding any more those patterns,

Conditions that keep us in that low frequency vibration,

You can choose to step higher and higher into the lion's gate frequency now,

Burning it out of your etheric bodies under a full moon is so cleansing and allowing yourself to feel the emotions as they come up over the next few days,

Acknowledging you might not be able to change something instantly but having the patience and the knowledge and the wisdom to be guided and to trust and to give yourself that self-care that you so,

So deserve,

Putting yourself first,

Listening to your own beat of your own drum,

Making your own decisions and choices in this lifetime,
