Welcome to a Libra full moon in March 2024.
Hi my name is Jackie and I am so grateful that you've joined me today for all of us as a collective to open our hearts,
To surrender,
To release and be open to receive the messages and the wisdom of the universe.
As I'm talking in the beginning,
In a little intro,
Before we start the meditation,
Just start to relax yourself and become more present in the room as my words start to flow over you.
Just take some deep breaths,
Letting go of what you've been doing before this moment and not thinking about what you're going to be doing after our time together.
So just take some breaths,
Breathing in and breathing out and becoming aware of your surroundings,
What you are feeling,
What you can smell,
What you can see and taste.
Becoming aware of all your senses in this moment in time.
Now we've just been through another strong portal a few days ago,
The equinox,
Where there is the same amount of day as there is night and this thins the veil to our spiritual families,
Our ancestors.
So if you've been feeling a little out of sorts or high vibration or low vibration or ascension symptoms,
Then this could be part of your journey this week.
And now we're moving into an eclipse season.
This full moon,
It is a lunar eclipse.
A lunar eclipse is when the earth is in the way,
So to speak,
Of the sun and the moon.
So you get that reflection on the full moon.
And what this can represent,
It's like when the earth is blocking the sun,
Then that represents bringing up the blocks within ourselves that stop us from moving forward.
Eclipses can bring things up for your attention,
So it is really potent,
I guess,
To be mindful of what is coming up in your life for you right now.
The eclipse season runs for two weeks until we get a solar eclipse on April around the 8th,
Which is a new moon.
And so it's to be mindful of what's going on for you.
This meditation is kind of running on the lines from the last full moon where we worked a lot in our base chakra,
Our red,
The energy wheel.
And now we're moving into our sacral chakra,
Which is the color orange,
And it fits really nicely with it being a Libra.
So Libras are about relationships and partnerships.
Libras can be very balanced or unbalanced,
Can be indecisive,
But also very practical and harmonious and in union.
And so we are going to be allowing our bodies to bring this type of thing up into our consciousness,
To reflect on relationships.
Who is it in your life that you feel you can truly be open and honest with?
And it is also about the relationship with yourself.
Can you trust yourself 100%?
Do you back yourself?
Do you follow your own inner guidance?
Or does that indecisiveness of Libra come up for you each day?
Your eclipses can also heighten your emotions,
So take the opportunity,
Run with the opportunity over the next couple of weeks to really see where you need to make changes.
And then when you take the step towards your change,
The doors will open because you've stepped into that momentum and all the universe wants to do,
Or all Source,
Or God,
Or the higher power,
Whatever you believe in,
All they want to do is assist you,
Encourage you,
Protect you,
Help you,
Show you the way.
So as you are starting to relax more and more,
Feeling the tension starting to dissolve,
Dissolve in your body,
Feeling your shoulders unsticking from your ears,
So to speak,
And relaxing your tummy muscles,
Allowing your body to become limp.
And scanning your body from head to toe,
Acknowledging where you may have aches or pains or feel dis-ease,
Scanning your body and acknowledging if you do have some sort of block or pain.
Just going through your whole body and also being so grateful for your body in this lifetime,
This vessel that can get you around from A to B.
And even if you do have a disability,
It's to accept your disability,
Dis-ease in this lifetime.
And if we can see it as a gift,
An acknowledgement,
For whatever reason it may be.
So take some deep breaths and imagine that you have a golden cord running from the base of your spine and it is going down,
Down,
Down into Mother Earth.
Down,
Down,
Down,
This beautiful golden cord is finding Mother Earth or Gaia's beautiful beating heart.
And in the centre of the Earth is this golden heart.
And your golden cord wraps around her heart,
Connecting you,
Grounding you,
Bringing her energy up through this cord like a golden spark,
Igniting up,
Up,
Up.
Passing into your base like an electrical current,
A socket,
Kick-starting that fiery,
Passionate energy,
Bringing the energy in of fire and earth as you breathe it up into every single cell of your body,
Acknowledging the air,
The breath that you take,
And this energy running through your veins,
The water mixed with your blood,
Pumping through your body so we have the earth,
The fire,
The air and the water,
All the beautiful sacred elements running through your body,
Clearing out those blocks,
Visualising the healing energies healing your physical body,
Releasing the emotional trauma and turmoil,
Bringing in that mindfulness into your mental etheric body and opening your spiritual body to know that there are so many other aspects of you out there,
Calling for your soul to come back,
The fragments of you to come in,
Bringing in the unity of Libra as well,
Balancing those scales so to speak,
And as you're feeling more settled,
More open to the unknowing,
Releasing any fear of having to control this meditation and going with the flow,
Imagine yourself on a beautiful beach,
This beach can be your favourite place in the world,
For some it may have white sand and clear,
Clear land,
For others it might be black sand with driftwood and all sorts of magical rocks and shells and things and gifts from the earth,
The sun is starting to drop,
You can feel the cool breeze on your cheeks as you walk along the beach,
You can hear the water and feel the sand beneath your feet,
Breathing in the smells of the ocean and you invite your guide to walk with you,
To hold your hand,
To encourage you on this meditation,
For it is a very powerful one under this lunar eclipse,
Where we can really shake things up and acknowledge the changes that are needed within one's life,
As you're walking hand in hand,
You know you can trust this beautiful guide,
Whether it is a departed loved one,
An angel,
A being of light,
Whoever it is for you,
You feel relaxed,
Whoever it is for you,
You feel relaxed and protected,
And as you're walking along the sun is starting to go down,
And this beautiful,
Beautiful orange ray from the sun starts to light up the sky before it is setting,
The reflection on the clouds is just exquisite,
And you decide to stop and sit to watch the sun set,
And as you do your wonderful guide has brought a beautiful bright,
Bright orange exquisite piece of material for you to sit on,
And it feels velvety or silky and just beautiful,
And your guide sits beside you and you can feel that serenity in your heart as you look at the picturesque beauty of the sun slowly falling,
And the orange from the sun and the orange beneath you that you're sitting on starts to activate your sacral chakra,
And then you can feel in your belly,
In your digestive system,
Your chakra starting to be stirred,
The colour of relationships,
The colour of our ancestral timelines,
For in this orange chakra we hold deep,
Dark secrets of our past,
Traumas,
Fragmented specks and aspects of ourselves from past lives or from our ancestors past lives,
This chakra is so sacred to us why it is called the sacral,
The sacredness,
And sometimes when we're younger or even older,
No age or judgment there,
Remember Libra being about justice and judgment,
Where we have no age or judgment,
Libra being about justice and judgment,
Where we've hold the sins of our forefathers here in the chakra,
Some things you may know about and some things you may not,
For when we come to earth we are veiled in amnesia,
However all of us 100% I know for sure that we want to let go,
Let go and release old past relationships,
The letting go chakra where we sometimes unintentionally hold on to baggage,
Where we put weight on around our belly,
Where we can have tummy issues,
Digestive issues,
Sensitivities and intolerances come from this area,
Our kidneys the organs of letting go of waste,
So today's meditation you are asked to sit in this bright beautiful orange sunset,
Glowing over you and through you and into your chakra,
And before the shadows of the night appear,
You are asked to reflect on the relationships in your life in this lifetime right now,
Your personal relationships,
Your partner or if not the relationship with yourself,
Your parental relationships with your parents or your children,
Your working relationships,
Your colleagues,
Your boss or your employees,
Your family relationships,
Your blood family,
Your soul family,
Your groups and communities,
Your spiritual relationships,
The people you hold in high steed so to speak,
The gurus,
The gods,
The elementals,
Where do you sit in spiritual relationships and do they serve you or are they becoming more dogmatic,
More true colors showing,
And as the sun starts to go down you can see the hues of oranges and pinks and yellows in the sky,
Your guide is still with you however it is becoming darker and darker as the shadow moves over you,
All around you is completely black,
You cannot see the moon because of the eclipse,
In total darkness you sit with self and self alone,
And as you go through these relationships imagine three circles,
The inner circle,
Who would you have in your inner circle where you can tell this person or people your most intimate deep secrets,
Who would you choose out of all the people you know,
Is there anyone at all?
Imagine another circle larger than the first where you can exchange good conversation,
Not having to reveal all your cards close to your chest,
But where these people make you,
Or not make you of course,
But where you feel good,
Where you feel uplifted,
Where you feel fun and joy but you know you cannot tell them or reveal to them all of yourself,
Could be family members,
Work colleagues,
The likes,
And now imagine another circle further out from the first two,
And this is the circle where you wouldn't dare tell anyone your secrets,
They're okay and maybe short spasms of time,
Acquaintances talking about the weather,
Little things,
Not big deep things,
Pleasantries,
May just need to work with them because you have to,
You wouldn't tell them any of your secrets,
You wouldn't even really know how to have a deeper meaningful conversation with them,
But they are in your life and you are asked but they are in your life and you are asked to ask yourself why?
Out of these three circles,
When you really dig deep into the shadow of self in this total eclipse darkness,
When you go through these circles from the inside out,
What emotions do you feel when you acknowledge each person?
If you feel a little emotional or a little anger or frustration or mistrust or fear,
Hurt,
Where you don't feel safe,
Supported and secure,
Make sure they're not in your inner circle,
Put them to the outside,
Really acknowledge Who in your life do you want to take with you,
Where you feel this beautiful connection of heart,
Where you can be totally yourself,
Open and truthful,
And you can trust 100 percent.
These are the people we are taking with us,
And as painful as it is,
The other people do not serve you anymore,
And as painful as it is again,
To acknowledge this and really sit in it and feel it and how uncomfortable it is for you,
It truly is a painful experience,
It truly is what is necessary to do to help clear your sacral chakra,
To clear out all the dross and the specks and the negativity and the past pains and hurts and traumas.
Allow this meditation to help you see in this eclipse,
Eclipse energy.
Allow the full moon to show you who you truly are,
If you are completely and utterly and openly are,
If you are completely and utterly and openly honest with yourself.
It is really tough to sit in this place,
And the universe applauses you for doing so.
As you're sitting in this energy,
Acknowledging the people in your life,
What is working and what actually now you realize is not really serving you,
And it gives you a dread feeling when you think of this person or the circumstance,
The universe celebrates with you for being so brave and courageous.
And as you're sitting in the darkness,
The eclipse is starting to roll over,
And specks of the moon is starting to shimmer from above.
And as you look up into the sky,
It is becoming brighter and brighter,
Like the whole sky is becoming a light,
Dancing,
Shimmering with the stars and the moon,
Celebrating with you,
And the beautiful Libra moon is shining down on you,
This column of light like a big spotlight on you,
And the orange cloth underneath you is just glowing.
You've got this silvery,
Beautiful,
Shimmering moon light,
With this bright,
Bright,
Blissfully happy,
Joyful orange blanket of love underneath you.
And like a magic carpet,
You are being lifted on this orange material.
And on this blanket,
This magic carpet,
So to speak,
Are the true,
True,
Divine,
Beautiful,
Heartfelt souls that if you have chosen in your inner circle to be with you right now.
Now,
If it is just you,
Celebrate that,
For that means you don't allow unnecessary,
Hurtful relationships in your life anymore.
But it also means to acknowledge and open your heart to new momentum moving forward.
What change in your life do you need to attract the right people if you want more people in your life?
What small changes can this eclipse help you bring forth and move you into the momentum of change?
If you've got one other person on your carpet with you,
Be joyful,
Be happy,
Be grateful.
If you've got two or three,
Wow,
How amazing.
We are learning boundaries.
We are learning to release the old.
We are learning to release the old.
The world is crumbling around us,
But we are rising in love and light.
Draw on this into your heart.
Feel your heart expanding and opening as your carpet is elevating towards the moon,
Your guide right there floating above with you.
Feel the power of that moon beaming down on you,
That feminine rising,
Rising,
Rising,
Releasing,
Surrendering and letting go of the past,
Letting go of all relationships that do not serve,
Allowing you to be in your own balanced,
Harmonious,
Beautiful energy.
Expanding that relationship with yourself,
Where you take more time for self-care,
Self-nurturing,
Letting go of distractions and focusing your intentions more and more.
Rising in unity,
Rising in partnership with the moon and yourself,
Rising past the other planets,
The stars,
Acknowledging the world around you,
The stars,
Acknowledging the power of the moon,
The power of the eclipse season,
The power we've already had thus far this year.
Focusing on our own self,
Our own creativity,
Opening to our own wisdom and weaving our own web,
Our network,
Our communities that are only from a place of love,
Not fear,
Pure love,
Releasing the fear,
One aspect of yourself after the other.
As you reach the moon,
You are absorbed into the moon,
You become the moon,
The shining,
Shimmery light for others as you beam down to planet earth and you shine and guide and focus this beautiful light on those other people in your life that you know do not add up or connect or resonate with you anymore and you shine healing and love down to them and we ask that our transitions,
The acknowledgements we've made be done with ease and grace.
Cutting the cords from our sacral chakra to theirs,
Healing our sacral chakra and theirs,
Allowing it to be an easy transition,
Into a higher vibration and as you are the most awe-inspiring,
Powerful moon right now,
Shine your light down to other parts of the world that you focus your intention for healing.
Send that love and light to the war-torn areas,
To leaders,
To whoever you know needs healing right now,
Aspects of mother earth,
Cleaning up pollution,
Devastation,
Sending the light and love to give people hope and faith,
Finding trust in their hearts,
Standing up to collect together as a collective,
Seeing people's hearts open with this beautiful moonlight,
Connecting people's hearts into communities and groups,
Seeing this moonlight shine down on our food,
Seeing the farmlands coming alive with produce,
Fruits and berries and vegetables,
The trees standing in the moonlight with strength,
Roots going deep down into the earth,
Keeping it all together and connected,
Branches in the air,
Giving out oxygen for us to breathe fresh air in.
We are magical beings,
We are as powerful as the moon,
When we choose to be and focus to be.
Send your moonbeams to your loved ones,
Your animals and your pets,
And we send out moonbeams to the heavens as well for our departed and loved ones,
Anyone who is caught between veils,
We send them love,
And you can stay here as long as you wish in this beautiful place.
Beautiful intensified glorious energy,
Your guide will guide you back down to earth when you are ready,
Sliding you down the funnel of light into your feet,
Connect the beat to the beach,
And you walk back to where you came from,
Your own home,
Your own living space,
Wherever you are.
