Hello,

My name is Kennedy.

Let's meditate.

Our focus today will be calming down our anxiety.

Anxiety can be relieved by calming down our water.

Start by visualizing on your root chakra.

Imagine the root chakra glowing with bright red color.

Feel your sitting bones stable supported by the earth.

Inhale and exhale with your attention at your root.

Place your hands on top of one another.

Place both hands on your torso at the location of your sacral chakra.

And notice how your own hands are grounding on your body.

Notice the comfort that your hands brings to your body.

And imagine bright orange color as you inhale and exhale.

Move your hands up to your solar plexus.

Imagine the bright yellow glow in your third chakra.

Inhale and exhale.

Continue moving your hands up your body,

At your heart,

At your throat,

And at your third eye.

And even move up to your crown.

Bringing attention to your chakras.

Noticing your breath in and out of your nose.

And finally,

Place your hands on top of your head at the crown.

And through your hands,

Visualize calming,

Healing,

White light flooding your brain through this chakra.

Visualize yourself relaxed.

Sending positive energy from your crown all the way down to your toes.

Take a few breaths here.

And slowly release your hands.

Take a moment.

Notice if there's any changes that you feel.

Notice your breath.

Notice the level of your physical tension and your mind.

Be and let be.

Take a breath in.

Exhale.

Open your eyes.

Namaste.

Thank you.
