Please relax,
Lie comfortably on something soft and stop breathing deeper.
On uneven numbers you will be inhaling,
Even numbers you will be exhaling.
Just follow my comments.

Inhale.
Carry on inhaling.
Hold the breath.

Exhale.
Hold the breath.

Inhale.
Hold your breath.

Exhale.
Hold your breath.

Inhale.
Let your chest expand.
Push so much more than normally.
Hold oxygen within your body.
Hold on the breath.

Exhale.
Hold.
Inhale.
Push your chest and tummy area all filled in as much as you can.
Carry on inhaling.
And hold the breath.
Hold very strongly.
7.
Exhale.
No more pausing.
Inhale.
Exhale.
Inhale.
Exhale.
Feel the chest expanding and your tummy and abdomen.
And carry on breathing in my rhythm without my comments now.
Inhale so much that you actually will feel pressure in your lungs.
And exhale everything.
Make your body empty of any air.
And only then you inhale again.
Carry on breathing.
And while you're breathing,
On inhalation,
Arch your back.
Push your tummy forward and let the spine arch itself.
And on exhalation let the spine relax.
Carry on doing like this.
Carry on.
Let your spine work with your lungs.
And relax your spine.
Now with each inhalation you bring your hips forward.
And roll forward from the hips towards your tummy.
With each inhalation and exhalation relax the hips.
Carry on moving your hips with your breath.
And relax your hips now.
Now with each inhalation you move your arms backwards and shoulder blades has to move towards the spine as close as possible.
And with exhalation relax.
Let's do it now like this.
Relax your neck while you're doing this.
Just your shoulder blades and the arms and shoulders back.
Carry on doing this.
And relax.
You can stop breathing normally.
I hope your body is warmed up.
The body should be ready to let go of certain stuff.
So start observing your body with all your senses.
Try to smell your body.
Here as the body is moving maybe you will hear the pumping of your pulse.
You feel a little heat and tiredness within.
You feel the body lying on something.
Feel if you have any taste in your mouth.
Keep your eyes closed but look at what you might onto the body.
Bring all your focus of all the senses from solar plexus down to your groin area.
All this area bring focus.
Now first while you're focusing on this part of the body bring with the memory a time where you have to say goodbye to the person.
It could be boyfriend,
Husband,
Your parents,
Anybody here.
Bring into your mind the last day you seen this person.
Hold your focus on that part of the body as well and focus on that one incident.
While you having this part of the memory within you place a white candle there next to you while you're saying goodbye.
Light the candle down.
Do all this in your mind light that candle.
And now the flame,
Everlasting flame is moving through time into the presence.
And speak to the flame like to that person.
Not a person from your past.
Start saying how you feeling today as a consequence of parting with this person.
How you feeling?
Hold attention to your middle part of the body.
Which part of the body responds to it and carry on speaking to the flame.
Now you can say goodbye.
Whichever part of the body respond to this.
Start gathering energy and with your willpower.
Start removing this what is sitting within you.
Now recall another person whom you say goodbye.
Somebody dear to you.
A little bit too minutes and you can go through this process as before all by yourself.
So observe how you say goodbye.
Light a candle.
Representing this person and say to a person,
To the flame how you feeling today.
And today you say goodbye.
Leave two minutes for it.
Thank this person for being.
Being in your life for a while.
And let it go.
Let it go.
Let the emotion out of your body remove as well the painful goodbyes.
Now recall a time when you got really angry.
When you really really got hurt.
Hold on to those images.
Light a candle.
And with this candle start looking at the incident from today point of view.
When you got angry,
When you got upset,
When you got hurt.
And observe very precise.
And experience that same feeling again.
Hold that candle and control the middle part of your body to know where these emotions are.
Hold on to these emotions.
And now you can start sending all these emotions from your body into the flame of the candle.
While you're sending,
Reassure yourself that you're still loving yourself.
And no matter what,
You are beautiful.
As you remove all these emotions,
You send it away within the flame.
You free yourself.
Now recall a time when you lost something.
Something that you really liked.
Maybe you just lost it because you misplaced it.
Maybe you destroyed it.
It doesn't matter.
Recall that time when you lost and how you're feeling with this.
And hold the new white candle again and watch that stuff.
Watch you lost it.
Pay attention to your middle body.
Which part of the body responds to your emotions?
Thank the universe for experiencing the loss.
Start removing the emotions of loss and put this into the flame.
Start putting with love.
Now you have several flames,
Several candles.
Now all those candles still burning.
Charge with your love straight from the heart.
Start giving pink energy of love to the candles.
Do not kill the candles.
Let them burn down within your mind.
Let them just simply die.
Now recall last time when you had some happy moments,
Some pleasure time.
Last time.
Feel those pleasure emotions,
Pleasure feelings.
Feel them within your body.
And all that feeling of pleasure,
Feeling of happiness,
Let it start expanding and filling up the emptiness after removal of previous emotions.
Start expanding and filling the void.
Do all with love.
Enjoy what you're doing.
And relax your body.
Focus yourself on the breathing.
Slowly,
Shallow,
Normal breathing.
Silent breathing.
Focus.
And I will end this meditation when I count to three.
But you still will be enjoying yourself and feeling happy.
By letting go,
You brought well-being to yourself.
You energized the body with healing energy.
And you are more relaxed and more prepared to cope in hard times in your life.
Do not open the eyes when I finish counting.
Just enjoy a moment.
