It's important to understand as you meditate that you are enough.
This moment is enough.
Allow your breath to flow normally,
Naturally.
And surrender into this now,
Allowing your simple existence,
This simple moment of peace,
To be enough.
The mantra is I AM,
And I'd like you to attach it to your breath so the I flows on your inhale and the AM floats on your exhale.
Begin your mantra practice now.

You may say it out loud or silently to yourself.
Notice thought as it arises,
Gently shifting your focus without resistance or judgment back to your mantra.
I AM.
With every breath,
With every repetition,
Surrender a little more deeply into the now.
Surrender a little more deeply into peace.
I AM.
Nothing else to do right now,
Just breathing,
Just letting go.
Your focus is your mantra,
I AM.
This is your time to simply be.

After your next exhale,
Drop your mantra as you inhale.
