Hey,

I'm Nathan from Inside Timer.

Welcome to this heavenly bath meditation to relax,

Release and de-stress from a busy day.

This meditation is all about you.

It is about you looking after yourself and showing self-love during a busy period.

Busy in life,

But also busy in the mind,

Busy in the emotions.

So find a comfortable place for yourself and gently close your eyes if you already haven't.

Coming into the present,

The very now that awaits you.

Checking in with yourself,

Noticing how you're feeling right now,

In the mind,

Body and spirit.

Maybe your mind is quite busy,

That's okay for now.

Not to worry.

Just a gentle check in with yourself,

Giving yourself permission to ease down and relax.

Because it's perfectly okay to do that.

Nothing is going to happen if you do that.

Everything is going to be okay.

Now imagine that you're in a very relaxing and tranquil bathroom.

Steam rises from the bath as you hear the warm water running into it.

It is so cozy inside this bathroom.

There's a gentle breeze coming from the window near,

That gives a nice balance to the temperature.

Not too hot,

Not too cold.

The bath calls you over,

It's ready for you now.

As you turn the tap off,

You step your right foot into the bath.

So soothing.

Your left foot follows,

Unclenching your feet.

Your toes and ankles relax.

Your legs sink into the water,

They have done so much for you today.

Allow them to unwind and sink down into the tranquility of the warm liquid.

Your hips sink down,

So cozy and comforting.

You then soak your whole upper body down into the bath.

Your stomach,

Chest,

Back,

Shoulders,

Arms and neck are all soothed by the water.

Even your scalp is soothed by the water.

It seeps into your brain,

Calming it down.

Any worries,

Let them seep into the water and sink to the bottom.

Your whole body is covered in warm,

Tranquil water.

This has so many benefits for your body.

Rest in this tranquility,

In this peace.

Your mind,

Body and spirit deserve it.

The water flows and dances around your body,

Like it's massaging you,

Giving you love and comfort.

It soaks into your body,

Into your legs,

Flowing up major nerves and blood vessels,

Sensing everything it touches,

Relaxing everything it passes,

Soaking into the hips,

The back,

Flowing into major organs such as the heart,

Liver,

Kidneys and lungs.

This special water programs every cell it touches for healing.

It programs every cell for rest and digest,

Increasing relaxation,

Decreasing stress.

The water gives you an internal cleanse like never before,

Switching your body from a mode of doing to a mode of being,

From a mode of busyness to a mode of calmness.

Your very organs are being regenerated,

Being refreshed.

The water flows into your brain,

Washing and cleansing.

All worries,

Doubts and insecurities cleansed.

The water programs your brain for health.

It programs your brain for rest,

Warm and soothing,

Nourishing and relaxing.

You are in the right place for rest.

You are in the right place for sleep.

Then as this meditation comes to an end,

Be here as this water flows.

The water will be inside you and programming you for peace for the rest of the night.

Rest and gently drift into sleep if you wish,

Otherwise opening your eyes when you're ready.

Have a peaceful sleep and a peaceful night.
