In the Medicine Wheel, the South is home to Serpent - the ancient archetype of shedding, of releasing what the body has quietly been carrying long after the mind has moved on. This 10-minute guided meditation invites you to let the earth take your weight and soften into the present moment. This practice supports your nervous system in releasing stored tension, old stories, grief, and emotional residue held in the body. This is especially supportive if you are feeling anxious, disconnected, overstimulated, emotionally heavy, or in need of grounding and reset. No experience with shamanic practice is needed. Come as you are. Serpent teaches us that healing doesn't always arrive through effort, sometimes it arrives when we soften enough to let the old skin fall away.
