Hello,
Pasha Lindy here and welcome to this practice called Seeing with the Eyes of Your Heart.
The Canadian forest therapist Haida Bolton says that we should hold our heart softly and notice the forest with the eyes of your heart.
So inviting you to take a moment now to look around,
Maybe at a tree if you're outdoors or out of the window or in the room.
When you look around this space with the eyes of your heart,
What do you see?
What calls your attention when you're invited to look that way?
And inviting you now to let your attention be called by just one object,
Maybe it's a plant or a particular tree.
Take a few moments to really look deeply with the eyes of your heart and as best we can allowing ourselves to be changed by this,
Changed inside.
And noticing how you feel when you look this way.
What are you feeling emotionally?
There's no right or wrong thing to feel here,
Just noticing.
And as we go back to our day,
You're invited to pause from time to time and notice how it is to see something around you or see yourself again or maybe another person with the eyes of your heart.
Go well,
Dear friend.
