This is a guided meditation with chant designed to help deal with both acute and chronic anxiety. Anxiety is a particularly difficult emotion to locate within the body, which makes it equally difficult to release. Chanting is a great way to "grab" that excess energy and direct it out of the body. This is a very simple chant using the phrase Sat Nam. Sat means truth, nam means name, and together, the phrase Sat Nam translates to something more like, "I am truth; truth is my identity."
