Can negative thoughts directed at another become a sensory attack—even if that thought is silent? And when was the last time we even told a loved one what qualities and attributes we admire in them? In this guided meditation, we flip negative thought energies by sending a sensory love note to those we may have judged...or who happened to get on our last nerve. You We begin our practice by taking a deep breath in and exhaling all the air.

As we breathe deeply,

We use this first moment to make any micro adjustments that are necessary to completely let go.

Allow the breath to relax us.

Soothe us.

From us.

So there is greater pause between our consciousness of the meandering thoughts in our mind.

Let the breath assist with this intention.

And feel your shoulders roll down from around your ears.

Surrender and release every clenched part of you,

Feeling the light that you are pouring throughout your being.

And then bring your attention to your heart space at the center of your chest at heart level.

And imagine you are breathing in and breathing out through your heart space.

Fulfilling our soul purpose to give and receive love,

We breathe love into our heart space.

And breathe out love that radiates upon the frequency waves carrying this energy of love to our loved ones and out into the world.

Breath by breath.

And now consciously bring a loved one to mind.

Connect with them through your heart.

You don't have to be in the same room,

Space or even country.

We are united through the love energy of our hearts.

Communicate a love thought now.

One that is charged with positive loving energy.

Perhaps it's something you've always thought or felt about them but never actually said or demonstrated.

Communicate it on this love charged thought now.

Confident that they will receive it like a sensory love note.

Let your loved one know what they mean to you.

How you experience them.

What qualities and attributes about them stand out for you and why you appreciate that about them.

Let your spirit,

Your inner wisdom guide you on what one love inspired action you can take to demonstrate the love and care that you have for this beloved one in your life.

And hold that intention in your heart,

In this pause,

This love incubator of stillness.

Let your spirit,

Your inner wisdom guide you on what you have for this beloved one in your life.

And now we consider those who have annoyed us,

Frustrated us,

Hurt us,

For whom we may be harboring negative thoughts and feelings which are possibly also radiating out but rather than as a sensory love note,

They go out as a sensory attack.

As we bring this one to mind and take a deep breath in through our hearts and out through our hearts,

We allow the energy from our heart to radiate out to them and nullify the negative feelings,

Thoughts and energy that previously went in their direction.

May they only experience love and may this love heal,

Restore,

Be a catalyst for forgiveness.

As we send our love thoughts charged with positive energy to be delivered directly to the heart.

And now we begin our journey in consciousness back to this time and place,

Feeling revitalized,

Supported,

Uplifted,

Having given some time to share and receive love in the fulfillment of our soul's purpose.

Become aware once more of the sounds around you,

Whatever you can feel touching your skin,

The clothing on your back or the air or the proximity of another close by,

The vibration of love coursing through you,

Pulsating through you now,

The energetic thoughts of love being received in the heart across sensory wires in the ethers.

Take one more deep breath in through your heart space and set your intention to fulfill that purpose that you received in your heart for how to demonstrate your thoughts and positive feelings to the ones that you love,

Those in your life who are around you now.

Bring your hands to prayer position and place your thumbs on your sternum and bring to mind again the one with whom you shared your energetic love note and silently affirm from that space of love and positive thought in me to that space of love and positive thought in you,

I bow.

And my beloveds from that space of love and positive thought in me to that space of love and positive thought in you,

I bow.
