我是Athena這是一個幫助你應對焦慮的練習首先邀請你找一個舒服的地方讓自己坐下將雙腳平穩地放在地板上然後雙手放在膝蓋上準備好之後,

我們慢慢讓自己合上眼睛讓我們在當下安頓下來然後由頭到腳慢慢去感受自己的身體讓注意力環繞著我們整個身體當我讀出不同的身體部分的時候感受一下當下的感覺首先,

我想邀請你將注意力集中在你的牙膠察覺一下牙膠是否在繃緊有沒有刺痛或麻痺的感覺無論是什麼感覺都好你只需要接受它原本的狀態就可以了慢慢將意識帶到我們眼睛注意眼睛和它周圍是否在繃緊有沒有緊張的感覺,

還是放鬆的呢?

接下來,

將注意力去到我們頸側和肩膀慢慢落到我們的手臂、手掌我們的臀部和兩雙腿感覺雙腳和地板的連繫多給自己一個深呼吸感受一下全身由頭頂一直落到腳底感覺一下自己踏實的慢慢沉下去地板再次吸氣然後呼氣感受你整個身體然後將自己帶回當下裡面感謝你參與這次應對焦慮的練習
