I am safe.

Affirmations for safety.

The feeling of safety is paramount in many life situations leading up to decisions that shake our whole being experiencing traumatic or challenging life events.

Because in life there are many decisions that shake our whole being when we experience traumatic or challenging life events.

When this happens we often hope for someone else to provide the safety we crave.

But we are learning that we can only find it from our own heart.

This unshakable safety goes far beyond our physical being.

When we are triggered to feel unsafe we need to acknowledge whether that feeling is based on a previous unhealed experience.

If it is and we can recognize this then we can refocus on a part within us that is safe.

In the beginning this safe space may feel tiny but as we practice these affirmations and shift our perspective it will begin to grow.

Let's perform the affirmations together to shed light on that space and heal our bounded perspective.

Because in truth we are always safe.

There is no beginning and no end to our soul,

To our experience and to our evolution.

Take a deep breath and feel your entire body relax.

Keep calmness begins to spread throughout your body.

I am safe because I am the one who provides myself with feelings of safety and peace.

My safety doesn't depend on anyone else.

If it did that wouldn't be authentic safety.

I am safe because I can always provide unconditional feelings of safety for myself.

I can nurture,

Listen to,

Soothe and love myself when I am feeling insecure or unsafe.

I soothe myself through loving acceptance,

Allowing my feelings to simply flow through my body and part from me.

I am safe.

I can clearly remember the past experiences that caused me to feel unsafe.

With my loving presence and strong heart I soothe this memory along with its future worries coming back to the present moment where I feel unwavering safety.

I am safe right now and now is what I need to focus on.

Now is my life and I am safe.

I am provided for by the abundant universe with its fresh air,

Warm sunshine,

Beautiful plants and trees and dynamic sky which I can gaze upon and feel safe.

I know that the earth,

The sky and my soul love me unconditionally and I am safe.

I feel the spark that created my soul which keeps me safe now and forever.

I have nothing to worry about because I am existing in perfect harmony with the universe and I am safe.

I can easily forgive the people and circumstances that made me feel insecure,

Threatened or betrayed.

Because in truth they have taken nothing from me,

My safety cannot be threatened.

I gift myself with confidence,

Nurturing and kindness in each moment regardless of my environment or how I feel deep down I know I am safe.

I practice stillness in everything I do so when my emotions are triggered I choose to accept let go without attachment because I know I am always safe and provided for.

I look at myself from above and I see a beautiful human being.

I see the experiences and the traumas.

I see scars and insecurities both physical and non-physical and encompassing all of this I unconditionally love myself.

I am the most precious gift I have ever received and therefore I keep myself safe now and always.

Allow these affirmations to sink deeply into your being and know you are forever safe in any experience and any feeling.
