Hey,

Good morning!

Welcome everybody to my Inside Timer daily mantra channel.

And the mantra for today is called,

Everything I see is a result of my thoughts.

So again the mantra for today,

Everything I see is a result of my thoughts.

There is no exception to this fact.

Now,

If everything I see is a result of my thoughts,

What are these thoughts?

Well,

We can say a lot about thoughts.

But to bring it down to a very simple thing,

This could be very helpful.

Thoughts,

They're not big or little.

Neither are they powerful or weak.

They're merely true or false.

And if they're true or false,

They can either bring peace or war.

But thoughts,

Remember this,

Are never idle.

Because they give you the perception of the whole world.

They give you your perception of the world.

And also,

How can they hardly be called idle,

If they are responsible for the perception of how you look into the world.

But just remember,

They're not big or little.

They can only be true or false,

Bringing peace or war.

So whenever you experience peace with a thought,

Then you can be quite sure that this thought is helping you remember the truth about yourself.

And that may be different for each and every one of you.

To me,

The truth about myself is that I am a child of the universe,

And that I am one with all there is.

So I want to take a couple of minutes for a small meditation.

I'm going to sound the gong at the beginning and at the end of the meditation.

GONG So remember,

Everything I see is a result of my thoughts.

And thoughts are either true or false,

Bringing either peace or war.

GONG GONG GONG GONG GONG GONG GONG GONG Take a deep breath.

Slowly come back to the place where you are.

And that was it for today.

I hope that you have a great day,

And I hope to see you back tomorrow.

Bye bye.

True or false. Perception is variable, but reality is not.
