Hello fellow human.
So what we're going to do now is a little heart exercise called Feel the Love.
And the first time you practice you might not be able to feel the love and that's okay.
Sometimes it takes a few times before you'll feel it and it'll get easier if you try it again and again.
So put your hand on top of your heart area and feel the warmth there.
Can you feel the warmth of your hand on your skin?
Can you feel your heart beating?
Now see if you can remember the last time you felt a loving warm feeling in your heart.
Maybe you're already feeling it right now.
Or maybe this morning you felt it.
Or some part of your day maybe someone hugged you or you looked it in their eyes and smiled at each other.
Just try to remember the last time you had that warm loving feeling in your heart.
And if you can't remember that's okay.
You can pretend.
Pretend your heart is warming up like warm water or warm air in your heart.
So when you think of that person or maybe a pet that warmed your heart and brought a smile to your face.
Can you feel the love?
Is your heart getting a little warm?
If it isn't don't worry you can just practice.
And it might help to picture a color filling your heart.
Nice warm color.
You're feeling the love.
Can you think of the people in this world who love you?
See if you can name some of the people in your head or out loud who loves you.
In your head or out loud who loves you?
And can you feel love for those people as well?
Do you feel the warm love in your heart as you think of them and how you love them too?
And now can you think of love for yourself?
Can you bring up that loving feeling the warmth in your heart and think of yourself?
Like one way to do that is to pretend you're looking in the mirror and you can see your adorable face smiling back at you in the mirror.
And you can see the love in your own eyes and reflect the love back in this way imagining the love you have for yourself.
Can you feel it in your heart?
And do you want to let yourself know that you will love yourself and accept yourself no matter what and that anything you do any mistakes you make as you're learning are okay that you can learn and love yourself no matter what that your love doesn't change depending on anything you do or don't do that you stay with a strong solid love for yourself no matter what.
Anything you do or don't do that you stay with a strong solid love for yourself no matter what.
And do you also want to tell yourself that you'll look out for yourself that when something happens to you or you're upset that you will love yourself in that moment and that you will think of those people who love you and tell one of them what you're going through so you don't have to do it alone so that you always share the tough things that happen to you and the happy things that happen to you by telling someone.
