If we want to take our power,
We have to get curious about ourselves and why we are as we are.
In the case of this video,
I want to talk about our bodies.
We maybe need to get curious about why our bodies are as they are.
So you know,
If a person has a lot of tension in their body,
It means that they're carrying some fear.
And the fear can be in the unconscious,
And it shows itself through tension.
This tension will also be in the thoughts of the person.
They will tend not to have open ended flexibility in their minds at all.
But it's totally possible for you to clear the tension,
To face the fear.
And as you do that,
Your body relaxes and your mind relaxes.
You think differently.
It just takes a lot of courage.
Because when the fear comes up,
You know,
When a person's releasing fear,
It comes up and it fills their whole point of view.
And they'll feel it not only in their point of view,
But they'll feel it in their body.
So it will be everywhere,
Like kind of like being caught in the fog.
But if you have a glimmer of something beyond it,
Of meaning beyond this,
Of,
You know,
That it's solvable,
You can just,
You know,
Keep breathing.
You know,
Keep praying.
And the fear will let go.
And the tension will leave your body.
And you will have a broader mind and a more peaceful life.
And that's how simple it is.
It just takes courage because at the time that the fear is up,
It's like the ego,
You know,
The fierce part of the ego,
And the ego is like a tyrant who knows he's going to be losing power.
So he pulls,
You know,
Every trick in the book to try to keep the status quo.
And sometimes,
You know,
The ego wins and the person gives up on the idea of an expanded life.
But very often,
You know,
The opposite happens and the person just keeps,
You know,
Keeps the faith.
And the ego lets go,
Becomes smaller,
Tension leaves the body,
Fear leaves the mind,
And the person has more freedom.
And that's basically how evolution takes place.
And spiritual practices support that process.
Thanks for listening.
