This is Erica and thank you for joining me to take two.
In today's take two,
We'll be taking two minutes to send love.
So bring yourself into a comfortable seated,
Standing or laying down position where you can feel alert,
But also at ease.
And as you notice the fullness of your next breath in and out,
Draw your attention to your heart.
Maybe a hand to the heart is supportive and bring to mind someone in your life who is easy for you to love.
Send them this loving kindness,
Wishing them to feel love,
To feel at ease,
To know they are supported.
Just notice what it's like to send these loving thoughts,
These wishes of well-being and now letting their name or image just softly dissipate.
Let's send that same love to ourself,
Wishing ourselves to know that we are loved,
Wishing ourselves ease,
Peace,
Any words that come to mind that would feel loving and supportive to send to ourself.
Sometimes this is challenging,
So be compassionate and then take a full breath in and a long breath out.
And if your eyes have been closed,
Let them open.
