And thank you for joining me to take two.
In today's take two,
We'll be taking two minutes to notice our thoughts.
Bring yourself into a comfortable position where you can feel awake and at ease,
Seated,
Laying down or standing,
And then just begin to draw your awareness to your thoughts.
These thoughts that are always occurring,
These thoughts that might be based in fear,
Maybe they're daydreamy,
Joyful thoughts.
Maybe there's a recurrent thought because there's something on your heart.
Maybe like me,
There's planning going on.
This is just a time to pause and give notice to thinking.
What is it that you are aware of in the mind?
You might begin to also notice how those thoughts make you feel.
There's a pleasantness or unpleasantness,
But just simply draw your attention moment by moment to what's happening in the mind.
Maybe from this space of awareness of thoughts,
You just know yourself a little bit more in this moment.
Together,
Take a breath in and a breath out.
If your eyes have been closed,
Let them gently open.
