Erica has been in the flow since she was 3 when she first wore (too tight for her little feet) ballet slippers. This movement carried her throughout college and led her to a Yoga mat where she fell in love with the energy and the stillness. She became a Yoga teacher and then a teacher of Yoga teachers. She became a meditator and then a teacher of meditation teachers. She likens her style to Pema Chodron. Pema was Erica's first teacher of Mindfulness and Pema's human, witty, and humble ways of teaching invited Erica to sit on her own cushion and teach from the messiness of her own life. Then, in 2017 she found MBSR and her path ignited. She is now a Certified MBSR teacher through Brown University. She is also a graduate of Tara Brach and Jack Kornfield's Mindfulness Teacher Training. Erica's teaching is centered on healing and the knowing that freedom is one breath away.
