Today we will explore a root chakra meditation for relieving anxiety and grounding.
When we feel ungrounded,
We often feel scattered and overwhelmed.
We have many thoughts,
Making it hard to make decisions or get things done.
It can feel like.

Excess of energy trapped in the head.
This root chakra meditation can help you release that excess of energy.
Return to your body.
And enter to a state of calm and safety.
In this practice you will be guided through an energetic activation using imagery and the seed mantra LAM.
To harness the grounding energy of the root chakra.
Let's begin.
Finding a comfortable position.
And then you can gently close the eyes or soften your gaze.
And as you're ready,
Begin to notice a breath.
Feeling the breath deep down at the belly.
And allowing the breath to slow down.
Slowing down the breath.
Allowing the body to begin to relax.
And let go.
And beginning to draw your awareness down.
Into the base of the spine.
Drawing the awareness down into the root chakra.
Beginning to imagine.
This red wheel of light.
A shining start.
Radiating this Earth energy.
This grounding energy.
Feel this.
Energy.
Moving from the base of the spine.
Down into the legs.
Down into the feet.
From the soles of the feet.
Penetrating.
The earth,
The ground beneath you.
And grounding you with the center of the earth.
Feel any excess of energy moving out of your body.
Through the root center.
Through the legs and the feet.
Feeling the energy of the soles of the feet.
The energy of the legs.
And we're going to begin to.

Activate this energy center with sound.
So we'll repeat.
Either mentally or out loud.
The seed mantra.
For this chakra.
The mantra is LAM.
Lum.
Lum.
Love.
Love.
You can begin to repeat the mantra softer and softer.
Love.
Lum.
Now.
Repeating the mantra in your mind,
If you were repeating it out loud.
Now.
Numb.
And noticing the effects.
You can repeat to yourself,
I am grounded.
I am grounded.
I am grounded.

I am grounded.
I am grounded.
Visualizing all your energy grounding.
Grounding into your body.
Grounding into the present moment.
Grounding with the earth that is beneath you.
And begin to imagine.
Earth vibration.
This earth energy.
You need to move from your root center.
Into your whole body.
Moving into every cell of the body.
Moving through you.
And all around you.
Creating a feel of protection.
Releasing all fears and worries.
Releasing all fears and worries Resetting your nervous system.
Visualizing that.
Red,
Earthy color.
Moving into your whole body and all around you.
And then staying here in silence just for a moment.
Noticing the breath.
Allow your whole body to relax and let go.
Relax and let go.
Keep imagining that.
Earth energy.
Penetrating deeply into all the cells of the body.
Penetrating the mind.
Emotions grounding and centering.
And taking some deep and full breaths here.
Breathing from the belly.
And allowing that entire imagery to just simply dissolve.
So allowing all that imagery to dissolve back into your root center.
Back into the base of the spine.
Back into the root chakra.
Dissolving,
Dissolving down into the feet.
And slowly beginning to come back into the body.
Moving toes.
Moving fingers.
And opening the eyes when you're ready.
Noticing how you feel.
