Welcome to your guided meditation.
You are calling in the Archangel Michael,
The Angel of Divine Truth,
Archangel of the Sun,
Protector and Guardian,
Whose name means He Who Is as God.
When you call upon the Archangel Michael,
He will come to you and give you the protection,
Safety and truth that you need.
So softly close and rest your beautiful eyes now and feel yourself to begin to move inward.
As you now begin to go inside,
So that you might see the light,
The light of the sun,
The light of divine truth,
The light of Archangel Michael who comes to you now.
Whilst observing your inner touch of your spiritual connection,
Begin to connect to the flow of your breath.
Your breath is your spirit and so encourage it to flow freely.
It is the key to your connection with the wider aspects of the Universal Consciousness.
Connect to your spirit now.
Connect to the space within you.
Connect to the space around you.
Knowing that your spirit and the consciousness of the Universe resides in both.
Breathing in serenity as you inhale a little deeper,
Connecting you to your spirit in its truest form.
And as you exhale completely,
Feeling it as a release.
A release of any doubt or tension.
A release of holding on too tightly.
A release of any concerns.
Get go of that now.
Archangel Michael has heard your call to stand before you and for you.
You are where you are supposed to be.
In this moment you are safe.
All is just as it should be.
Now guide your inner vision to watch your inner body and its spirit to gradually switch on like a light,
A light of spiritual connection and communication.
See your light to affect your whole body now.
Observe it lighting up everywhere and become stronger.
And stronger with each passing moment.
Now breathe out deeper.
Release.
Let go.
Perhaps sigh.
Perhaps smile.
Know that you do not need to control this.
You can completely let go.
The light of the spiritual connection is on now.
The communication is on and your senses are activated.
Just be.
Be with the truth of your own divine spirit and be with the Archangel Michael,
The angel of divine truth.
As you feel more connected,
Begin to become aware.
Aware of any signs.
Be aware of any sensations.
And be aware of any light that flashes in the cozy darkness behind your closed eyes.
They are the light of the sun that Archangel Michael brings to you.
They are just one of the signs that he is with you.
Keep flowing in your connection with the lights.
As you watch the flash and dance before you.
Or with any other sensations.
Free flow now.
Now with your pure and open spirit,
Invite the blue light to come to you.
The aura of the Archangel Michael.
Welcome the blue light to softly envelop you now.
Envysage it wrap all around you,
Around your whole physical,
Mental and spiritual being.
Holding you,
Holding you,
Protecting you.
In his blue light you are held.
In his blue light you are safe.
As you gently tingle in this soothing sensation of being held,
Become aware of any discomfort or worry that is present within you.
Do not judge these worries or tensions.
Do not attach to them either.
Just notice them.
Allow them to be.
Archangel Michael sees them clearly and he uses his light to cleanse them now.
Feel each breath in as a connection to his light and feel each breath out cleansing yourself of any unwanted energy within you.
The light of Michael's shield protects you with his love.
The blue light continues to flow around you and within you now.
Completely cleansing you and calming you.
Allow your awareness to travel out of your body into the space around it.
And now a little higher.
And a little higher.
Pass the clouds and pass the stars.
And way up into the space beyond that.
In that space you breathe and you float.
As your spirit softens and your awareness expands,
The Archangel Michael releases you from any limitations,
Removing negative energy blockages,
Soothing any pain,
Fear and worry.
Reminding you that now and always,
When you call upon him,
He will come.
Be there a moment more,
Expanding in this vast space and beyond.
Allow yourself to fully feel his protection in each breath that you take.
With your out-breath,
Feel the release and renewal that has taken place.
Use his blue light to shine onto you now.
See him raise his arms and his wings.
The light of his power beaming out from his heart right onto you.
Feel this powerful transmission.
Blue light of love and protection charging your being and the space you are in.
Feel it.
See your chakras begin to shine brighter.
Any energy debris within the chakras to begin to dissolve in his light.
Any cords and attachments simply melting away in his power.
Your body begins to feel clearer and lighter.
New pathways for new connections opening up right now.
Feel empowered.
Feel free.
Feel opening up to truth and grace.
Feel the miracle occur within right now.
So intense.
So needed.
You are where you are supposed to be.
See your body,
Your soul being so clear,
So sound.
Watch Archangel Michael to move his shield across your being,
Letting you know that he is placing his mighty protection onto you.
Feel that.
Feel your energy being wrapped up and surrounded in his protection.
You are so connected with Archangel Michael right now.
He knows your heart and you can't speak to him.
Or simply let the message you need to hear today to flow.
Take this moment now.

This connection is real.
This connection is powerful.
And just as it needed to be.
Make an intention to hold onto the received alignment beyond this meditation.
And know that when you need him,
He will come.
When you see the flashes of light which signify his nearness,
He is with you,
Shielding you in his light,
Protecting you with his love,
And guiding you towards the truth of the divine,
Which resides within you and all around you,
In your spirit and in each breath that you take.
Inhale a little deeper and exhale to begin to come back.
Come back to your body and to your surroundings.
Become aware again of any physical sensations.
Be aware of the touch of the air on your soft skin.
Be aware of any presence of the reality around you.
Invite yourself to a moment of grounding.
Inhale a little deeper.
And with an exhale release the light and return to stillness.
Perhaps take another sip of breath and exhale with a sigh.
Allow your face to soften into a smile.
And now knowing that Archangel Michael is with you now and whenever you need him,
Continue with the rest of your day,
Carrying the feeling of his protection,
Of his love with you in every breath,
Every smile and every step that you take.
Michael blesses you.
You are safe and empowered in his love.
