Welcome to your guided affirmations.
Without even noticing,
We are having a continuous dialogue with our bodies,
What it can and cannot do or be.
We even sometimes unintentionally tell ourselves that our bodies are not good enough or even unwell.
If we can talk ourselves into a dis-ease,
I believe we can also talk ourselves out of it.
The neuroplasticity of the mind allows for the new positive thought and habit pathways to be formed.
When we first say these affirmations,
Our mind may meet us with resistance.
In time and with repetition,
The affirmations we speak will reflect through our bodies and wellbeing.
This change is inevitable.
These powerful I AM and other affirmations have been carefully selected and tested by me.
I had been stuck in a negative thinking pattern about the pain in my shoulder.
For a while,
No matter what I did to heal it,
It would not.
As soon as I began listening to these healing affirmations,
Just within a few days,
I noticed a shift in my health.
Within one week,
The pain was barely even there.
By repeating these affirmations,
I was calling in the reality I wanted to live.
Not only the pain subsided,
But also through this pain,
I learned valuable lessons.
I was asked to listen to my body speak to me and to take action.
Remember,
Whatever we speak of will be given to us.
That is the power of the mind and kindness of the universe we live in.
Compass of giving,
Of always saying yes to our vibration,
To our asking.
This is the way of conscious and intentional living focusing on the words we speak,
Thoughts we have and the result will speak for itself.
