Burnout or drama from your life,

Leading you to a gentle state of balance and soft inner peace.

Imagine being able to let go of everything that weighs you down and feeling a fresh sense of calm that deeply nourishes your soul.

This meditation will take you on this precise and unique journey,

Creating specific space to release any negative energy and to find a sanctuary of peace within yourself.

Stress,

Burnout and drama are common experiences in today's fast-paced world,

Draining our precious energy and clouding our minds.

Today we will release all of this,

Shed any negative experiences and emotions and today you will reconnect with your true self,

To find joy in everyday moments once again and to find the serenity that always resides within.

When we reconnect to self,

All other natural processes like well-being,

Perfect health and positive life manifestations also kick back into positive gear.

Everything begins to flow.

So what we do here today is definitely important and impactful.

Just to make another quick note,

You do not have to hear everything,

You can relax right away and even allow yourself to fall asleep,

Your subconscious mind is always listening.

So let's now begin.

Please find your preferred,

Comfortable position and close your eyes softly.

Take a healthy breath in,

Filling your lungs with fresh,

Clean air.

Exhale slowly,

Releasing the air and any tension with it.

One more time by yourself.

And now let your breath just settle into a natural rhythm,

Partially being aware of the fall of your chest,

Your body gradually relaxing deeper and deeper,

Letting the day go,

Letting everything settle now,

Giving yourself permission now to fully,

Entirely and deeply relax.

This is the time for it,

Feeling the body to relax right now.

Begin to imagine yourself standing close to a big tower,

The stone walls are covered in ivy and a wooden door decorated with refined carvings.

Feel the inviting energy coming from the door and walk even closer to it.

See yourself push the door open and step into a dimly lit room.

The air is cool and filled with the scent of lavender and oak wood.

Before you is a spiral staircase winding upward,

Leading you on your journey to freedom,

Inner peace and other surprises along the way.

Begin to walk the spiral staircase now.

With each step you take,

Feel any heaviness lifting from your shoulders.

The stairs are smooth and cool beneath your feet and the rhythmic sound of your steps echoes softly within the tower.

As you climb higher,

You notice a faint,

Soothing melody echoing through the tower,

Calming your mind and heart.

The melody is gentle and harmonious like a lullaby,

Guiding you upward with each note.

Now reach the first landing and enter a spacious room covered in a soft,

Blue light.

In the centre of the room stands a beautiful,

Crystal clear fountain.

The water sparkles with a magical,

Blue glow and the sound of gentle trickling fills the air,

Creating a peaceful ambience.

The fountain is surrounded by lush,

Green plants and vibrant flowers,

Adding to the sense of serenity.

Approach the fountain and take a moment to observe its beauty.

Notice how the light dances on the surface of the water and dip your hands into the cool,

Refreshing water.

Feel its soothing touch on your skin as you immerse your hands,

Imagine the water washing away all the stress and tension you have been carrying.

Visualise all the stress dissolving in the water,

Leaving your body and mind free.

Feeling lighter and so relaxed now.

Next to the fountain,

Notice a comfortable,

Cushioned bench.

See yourself to take a seat and close your eyes again.

Listen to the soothing melody that continues to play softly in the background,

Allowing you to calm your thoughts and to quiet your mind.

Imagine the blue light from the room surrounding you,

Pulling all the stress away from you and releasing it into the air.

Imagine a gentle breeze flowing through the room,

Carrying with it the scent of fresh flowers and the sound of rustling leaves.

This breeze sweeps away any lingering traces of stress,

Leaving you feeling refreshed and renewed.

Feel the cool,

Soothing air on your skin and let it further relax and rejuvenate you.

When you feel ready,

Take one last look at the serene room around you.

Thank the space for the calm and peace it has given you.

Slowly rise from the bench,

Feeling lighter and more at ease than when you arrived.

Take a moment to stretch your arms and legs,

Enjoying the newfound freedom of movement.

Now approach the staircase once more.

Notice how much lighter your steps feel.

Each step is filled with a sense of ease and grace.

Carry this feeling with you as you continue your journey up the enchanted tower and are now ready to move forward with a clear and calm mind.

As you climb next flight of stairs,

Feel a renewed sense of energy in each step.

The stairs themselves seem to glow with a warm golden light,

Infusing you with vitality and positivity.

The air around you feels lighter and more invigorating,

As if it's filled with the essence of sunlight.

Reaching the second landing now and find yourself in a grand sunlit room.

The walls are made of crystal,

Allowing sunlight to stream in from all directions,

Filling the room with a warm,

Golden glow.

The floor is covered with a soft,

Lush grass and the scent of wildflowers and fresh rain fills the room.

The atmosphere here is both energizing and peaceful,

Inviting you to let go of any feelings of exhaustion and burnout.

In the center of the room stands a magnificent tree,

Its branches stretching up towards the high ceiling covered in golden leaves that sparkle in the sunlight.

This tree is wise and ancient,

Radiating an aura of strength and resilience.

Approach the tree and place your hands on its trunk.

Feel the rough texture of the bark and the solid,

Healing and grounding energy it provides.

Feel the golden energy from the tree flowing through your hands and into your body.

As you breathe out,

Release any feelings of fatigue and burnout,

Allowing them to be absorbed by the tree.

Visualize this energy moving up from the tree's roots,

Through its trunk and into your body,

Revitalizing and rejuvenating you.

Next to the tree,

There is a clear,

Sparkling stream flowing gently over smooth stones.

See yourself to kneel down by the stream and cup your hands to drink the cool,

Crisp water.

As you drink it,

Feel the healing liquid infuse you with energy,

Washing away the heaviness of burnout and replacing it with a sense of vitality and clarity.

Now sit by the stream for a moment and watch the water flow.

Notice how it effortlessly moves around obstacles,

Finding its way with grace and persistence.

Let this image inspire you to flow through life with the same ease and resilience,

Knowing that you have the strength to overcome any challenges.

Surrounding the stream,

Notice a variety of colorful flowers in full bloom.

Their delicate petals exude a sense of joy and beauty.

Take a moment to appreciate their presence,

Feeling their joyful energy lifting your spirits.

Imagine their colors infusing your body,

Bringing you a renewed sense of enthusiasm and passion for life.

Before you leave this room,

Take a moment to lie down on the soft grass and feel the warmth of the sun on your skin.

Let its golden light fill you with a sense of peace and contentment.

So close your eyes and take a few deep breaths,

Feeling how the energy of this place recharges you completely.

With each inhale,

Draw in the golden light and with each exhale,

Release everything else.

Now see yourself rise up.

Thank the room for its gifts of unique energy and renewal.

At the third landing,

See yourself enter a cosy,

Very inviting room,

Filled with the warm pink light.

The walls are lined with bookshelves,

Holding countless volumes of wisdom and stories of compassion and understanding.

There are a few plush chairs and soft blankets scattered around,

Inviting you to relax and reflect.

In the centre of the room,

There is a large heart-shaped window overlooking a peaceful moonlit garden.

The garden is filled with blooming flowers and the gentle streams illuminated by the soft glow of the moon.

The view is serene and the light from the moon adds a touch of magic to the scene.

Find a comfortable seat by the window and take this moment to breathe in the peaceful atmosphere.

Close your eyes and imagine the pink light surrounding you,

Filling your heart with love and compassion.

As you breathe in,

Feel this light entering your body and as you breathe out,

Release any tension or negativity.

Next to your seat,

Notice a small table with a journal and a quill pen made from a luminous feather.

This journal is a special place where you can release any thoughts,

Open the journal and begin to write about any dramas or misunderstandings that have been troubling you.

As you write,

Feel the weight lifting from your heart as you pour your thoughts onto the page.

When you have finished,

Close the journal and set it aside,

Take a moment to focus on the moonlit garden outside the window.

Imagine stepping into this serene space,

Feeling the cool grass beneath your feet and the gentle breeze on your skin.

Walk slowly through the garden,

Taking in the beauty and tranquility around you.

Notice the flowers gently swaying in the breeze,

Their petals glowing softly in the moonlight.

Take a deep breath in,

Inhaling the sweet scent of the roses and as you exhale,

Release any lingering feelings of hurt or resentment.

Feel your heart opening to love and compassion,

See yourself to walk up the final section of the staircase,

Where you finally reach the top of the tower.

A magnificent circular room awaits you,

It is saturated in a bright purple light.

This room feels like a sanctuary,

A place where time stands still and all your worries dissolve.

The walls are made of pure crystal,

Their surfaces reflecting and refracting the purple light,

Creating a kaleidoscope of soothing colours.

Feel the room being filled with celestial energy that seems to hum softly,

Resonating with the very core of your being.

The air is crisp and it carries a fragrance of lavender and sage,

Adding to the serene atmosphere.

In the centre of the room there is a large amethyst crystal glowing with a serene otherworldly light.

This crystal is the heart of the tower,

A source of immense peace and tranquility.

Stand before the crystal and close your eyes.

Feel the purple light enveloping you,

Washing over you like a gentle wave.

This light represents inner peace and tranquility,

Filling every corner of your being.

So allow yourself to bask in this light,

Feel a profound sense of calm and contentment.

As you stand in the glow of the crystal,

Take a few deeper breaths,
