Welcome to your journaling space about abundance.
Nature does not strain to be abundant.
We live on a planet rich with trees,
Grasses,
Stone,
Flowers,
And living soil.
There is a quiet overflowing that comes from alignment,
With season,
With sun,
And with the steady intelligence of the earth.
And you are not separate from this.
Let this be a space where you remember that you too belong to this living ecology.
The trees offer shade and oxygen.
Plants offer nourishment and beauty.
The air fills your lungs without effort.
You are sustained every day by systems far older and wiser.
Notice that.
Give yourself a slow breath.
Feel the ground beneath you.
Let your life's abundance reveal its richness in its own timing.
You are growing in your own way.
Let's settle into a short meditation to help you arrive.
After the meditation,
You'll hear five journal prompts.
Each will be followed by spacious pauses,
Offering room to write,
Reflect,
Or simply sit with what is unfolding.
This is your time to reconnect with the abundance that already lives within and around you.
Close your eyes and give yourself a slow,
Steady breath.
Feel your body supported by the earth beneath you,
Fertile and generous.
Bring your awareness first to the space of your lower belly and your pelvic bowl,
The deep creative center within you.
Imagine the space as rich soil,
Dark,
Alive,
Full of unseen nutrients.
Give yourself a breath into this belly and pelvic space.
Let it soften,
Let it receive.
Now gently bring your awareness to your heart.
Imagine your heart as a thriving garden,
Wildflowers stretching toward light,
Fruit trees quietly forming buds,
Bees moving from bloom to bloom.
Notice that this abundance is quiet.
It is steady and sustaining.
Breathe into your heart.
Let it expand like petals opening in the morning sun.
Now bring your awareness to the space between your brows,
Your inner vision.
Sense this nature scene in more details.
Notice what is already flourishing.
Notice what is ripening.
Notice what is resting.
Abundance includes all of it.
Now allow your awareness to widen to your whole body.
You are the soil and the seed,
The rain and the root,
The bloom and the harvest.
Feel your body as part of a larger living system where giving and receiving move in natural balance.
Rest here for a moment.
When you're ready,
Gently open your eyes.
Let yourself explore your first writing prompt.
Where is abundance already present in my life?
About 30 seconds left.
Pause if you would like more time.
Where am I overworking instead of allowing?
About 30 seconds left.
Pause if you would like more time.
What small pleasures feel abundant today?
About 30 seconds left.
Pause if you would like more time.
Where am I being invited to receive more?
About 30 seconds left.
Pause if you would like more time.
Last question.
What would it feel like to live from abundance?
About 30 seconds left.
Pause if you would like more time.
Thank you for tending your landscape of abundance today.
Let what's surfaced settle gently within you.
There is no need to push your growth or hurry the harvest.
You have more than you may realize.
Return whenever you need to remember that you belong to a living system that knows how to provide and that you are already enough.
