Hi there,

This is Rachel,

Thanks for joining me for a mindfulness moment.

This one is basic breath.

Getting into a comfortable position,

I invite you to gently close your eyes,

Finding softness in the face and releasing any tension you may be holding in the body.

Just finding a bit more relaxation here.

I invite you to breathe in through the nose and out through the mouth,

Inhaling and exhaling.

I invite you to take a few more deep breaths here at your own pace,

Whatever pace feels most comfortable to you.

Inhaling and exhaling.

No need to rush here,

Just breathing in and breathing out.

Breathing your last few deep breaths here,

I invite you to gently open your eyes and come back into the space around you.

Lastly,

Thanking yourself for slowing down and tuning into your breath.
