Welcome to today's session.
I'm so happy to have you here with me.
I commend you for taking this time for yourself and allowing me to lead you.
Just know that you have nothing to do right now.
You can relax and allow my voice to take you where it needs to go.
Wherever you need to go.
So start by becoming aware of your breathing in your stomach.
Just noticing how the belly rises and falls.
There's nothing for you to do here apart from observe and find a little inner smile.
If your mind is still moving around from the day and what you have next,
That's okay.
But see if you can bring all of your focus,
All of your attention to my voice and to the now.
The now where there's just your belly moving up and down.
There's the breath moving in and out.
Your body is just there for you to observe and feel.
And your mind is just there for you to observe.
And feel.
Find that inner smile of innocence,
Of play,
Of love.
Knowing that this moment is exactly as it needs to be.
Notice the breath moving the body.
Moving slightly up and slightly down.
And bring your awareness to your heart.
The place where there's so much energy,
Feelings,
Sometimes even pain.
Just observe as your body tries to bring air into your heart.
And space into your heart.
Perhaps release.
Perhaps some joy.
Perhaps you can feel someone in your life that you either have tension with or you really care about.
Perhaps even both at the same time.
And just allow your breath keep moving as it wants to move into your heart.
Notice any tension that you're holding in your body.
Ever so slightly allow it to be dropped and released from your body.
As if it was moving out of your body.
Maybe it moves up,
Up and out of the head.
Maybe it moves down into the ground as you breathe out.
Maybe your chest goes wide and there's a release outwardly.
Maybe there's something else.
Stay in this space of the heart.
And just notice the breath coming in and out.
The breath coming in cool through your nose.
And leaving a little warm.
Making space in the heart.
And releasing what no longer is serving you.
Allow it to fall.
Allow it to rise.
Allow your heart to open wide.
Open wide.
Really burst open like wings.
Allowing yourself to be free.
To be free right now.
Bring your attention to your third eye area.
And your heart.
Allow yourself to be free in the heart.
Allow it to open as wide as it can.
Free.
Let the energy move through you.
Through your breath.
And release.
Like a cycle.
Energizing air coming in.
And cleaning.
And releasing.
Releasing the heart.
Free.
Clear.
Open wide.
And just find a power inside.
A power in your heart.
And let that burst wide.
Wide wings.
Let that burst up to the sky.
And let that anchor deeply into the ground.
An entire cross chain of power.
Energy.
From your heart.
And feel who you really are.
Your fullest expression.
Living in the heart.
Open wide.
Just observe.
That concentration of energy in your heart.
That love you feel.
That passion.
That freedom.
That joy.
All of the emotions.
Bursting free.
Bursting in colors.
Through the heart.
And now allow this energy.
To stabilize.
Concentrated.
And visualize something.
That is being called to express itself.
And to manifest into your life.
Something you truly want more of.
From your heart.
From your truth.
From this knowing.
Of an alternate timeline that already exists.
See yourself.
See yourself and feel the energy in your heart.
Of you being and living this way.
And notice how your body is reacting.
And allow it all.
No constriction.
No limits.
Allow this to be felt.
And seen.
And surrender.
To that bursting flow of energy.
Start letting go.
Letting go.
Knowing it's real.
Knowing that it shall be.
It is already.
It is.
And declare to yourself that you are that.
This is real.
This is true.
And now just observe.
Let go.
Create gratitude.
For this you that you can feel.
And this truth that you have seen.
And now gently allow the energy to start.
Descending down your body.
And into the ground.
And then allow energy to move up your body as well.
Toward the sky.
As if there is a trail of white light.
Going upwards.
Being shipped and sent.
Around a brown coloured energy.
Going down.
Down into the ground.
Into the physical form.
And white energy going up into the sky.
Silver coloured now.
Silver and white light.
And just take an out breath.
To let everything go now.
As we start wrapping up the practice.
Take another out breath.
Let everything go.
Start moving your fingers.
And toes.
Finally take another out breath.
As we start coming back.
To the world.
The world of open eyes.
Now reverse.
Find an inner smile first.
Really gently.
Start opening your eyes.
Keep that smile.
Keep that feeling in your heart.
And maybe take one more out breath.
And move around.
Move your head around.
Look around.
Feel your feet.
Feel your body.
Feel your stomach.
Smile again.
Everything perfect.
Everything is done.
And shall be done.
