I'm Robert Christiansen.
Thank you for joining me for this meditation.
Today we're going to do a very simple process of settling ourselves down and preparing for this new day.
Most important aspect of preparing for the day is setting your intentions.
And what your intentions are for the day is what you are instructing the creative forces of the universe to act on.
Everything in this world is driven by intention.
Bees,
Ants,
Birds,
Grass,
Trees,
They all have a life force with an intention.
To crawl on the ground,
To fly between flowers,
To grow up to the sky,
To lay down roots.
Every living creature has intention and so do you.
The difference between all of those living creatures and you is that you have the power to change your intention,
To shift your consciousness to another set of desires,
Another set of intentions.
And with that power comes the responsibility to set your intention in the morning before you start the day so that you can guide the creative forces of the universe with instructions on what it is that you desire.
It's a very simple process.
And if you step back and you look at the macro,
The whole of our existence,
Everything,
Everything in our life is set by intention.
So let's get started.
Get yourself settled into a comfortable position,
Either in a chair,
Laying down on your back or in the Lotus position on a pillow.
And I'd like you to do three breaths with me.
We're going to exhale through our nose and then inhale through our nose and hold it for a few counts.
And then we're going to exhale again.
We're going to do that three times.
So here we go.
Exhale.
Inhale and hold.
And exhale.
Inhale through your nostrils and hold.
And let that go.
One last time.
Here we go.
Inhale and hold.
And let that go.
Get a catch up breath and let that one go too.
And relax.
Open and relax.
Wiggle your toes,
Wiggle your fingers,
Stretch your neck a little bit,
Rotate your head and relax.
As you fall deeper and deeper into relaxation,
Consider all of the things that you've ever thought about and thought about and thought about and thought about.
What do you want?
What do you want more than anything?
Do you want better health?
Do you want more security?
Do you want a family?
Do you want a better relationship with your partner?
Do you want financial security?
What do you want?
Hold the highest vision of what you want.
Imagine that you already have it.
You have perfect health.
You have an amazing partner.
You have wonderful children that are playing in the yard and you feel secure and safe physically and financially.
Imagine the gratitude.
See yourself smiling.
The children giggling and laughing in the yard and the deep,
Deep satisfaction of the love that you feel and the joy and gratitude that you share.
You are healthy and you are whole.
You are comfortable and you are satisfied.
There are no Paid waitings.
Step inside a room with a big window.
There are white sheer curtains that you can see out the other side and it's a sunny,
Sunny day.
And as you reach to pull back the curtains,
The clarity of the day becomes evident.
What do you want to see?
What do you want to be real today?
Pull up a chair and sit in front of the window and witness your new life.
