Hello and welcome to our full moon meditation practice.

My name is Sylvie and it's a pleasure to be guiding you through this experience this evening.

The invitation here is to find a nice comfortable place where you can lay down,

Where you can find softness in the body,

Where you can allow the body to surrender here and come to a place of stillness and relaxation.

I'll invite you to close your eyes or lower your gaze in this moment,

Tuning your attention inward.

As we welcome the powerful energy of the full moon this evening,

It's a time for reflection and transformation.

The full moon is a time to release what no longer serves us and to embrace the fullness of our own potential.

Just taking this moment to really settle in and prepare for a journey inwards,

Guided by the moon's light.

If you haven't already done so,

Close your eyes and take a deep breath in through the nose and a soft breath out through the mouth.

Let it go,

Let it go,

Let it go.

Feel your body sinking in towards the earth.

Imagine roots growing from your body into the ground,

Anchoring you firmly and safely.

With each breath,

Draw in the grounding energy of the earth,

Inhaling deeply and as you exhale,

Letting go of any tension or stress you might be holding onto.

Taking this moment to scan the body,

Starting at the top of your head,

Notice any areas of tension or discomfort and as you exhale,

Visualize these areas softening and releasing.

Moving down through your forehead,

Your eyes,

Your jaw,

Your neck and your shoulders,

Let each breath out be a release,

A moment to surrender.

Move this scan down through your arms,

Your chest,

Your abdomen,

Your hips,

Your legs and finally your feet.

With each exhale,

Feel more relaxed and open,

Bringing your awareness into your heart center,

Into your heart center,

Inhaling,

Allowing the breath to fill in that heart space and exhale to let it go,

Feeling the heart become a little more open in this moment,

So inhaling into that heart space,

Allowing the heart to expand and then exhale to soften and notice how open your heart feels in this moment.

And I'll invite you to reflect on what you have experienced over the past month,

Reflecting on your thoughts,

Your habits,

Emotions.

What are you ready to release under this full moon?

What's been weighing heavy?

What's been taking up too much space?

What is no longer yours to carry?

And I want you to imagine these dark clouds over your head in this moment and each aspect you're ready to let go of is held in these dark clouds and with each exhale,

See the clouds dissolve and get carried away by the wind.

So these dark clouds are now dissolving and being carried away by the wind.

Can you tune into the sensation of lightness and freedom that comes with letting go as you make space for new energy and growth to come in,

Making space for the new.

And now can you imagine the light of the full moon shining down on you,

Filling you up with its luminous energy.

This light represents your fullest potential,

Your deepest desires,

Your truest self,

Allowing this light to fill every part of your being.

What dreams or goals come to mind when you think of your fullest potential?

Inhale into your heart space.

Allow the breath to expand through the heart.

Exhale,

Let it go.

Heart remains open,

Tuning into your deepest desires.

What is the vision you have for yourself in this next lunar cycle?

What are you creating space for?

And as you embrace these visions,

Knowing that you have the strength and clarity to bring them to fruition,

Believe it.

Taking this moment to simply notice how the body feels in this moment,

To notice the body laying down,

Notice how the body feels relaxed.

Inviting in gratitude into your heart space.

Thank yourself for showing up for yourself,

For making time for these reflections.

Feel gratitude for the space you've created within yourself and slowly bring your awareness back into this present moment,

Back into your breath,

Back into your body.

You can invite life into the body by wiggling your fingertips and wiggling your toes.

Rotate the wrists,

The ankles in this moment and let's take a deep breath in.

Reach your arms up over your head.

Find length in the body,

Expand,

Take up space in this moment.

And then exhale,

Allow the arms to come back along the side body or maybe even place your hands over your heart space,

Tuning into your heartbeat.
