Begin by taking a deep,

Grounding breath,

Allowing your breath to move all the way into your abdomen,

Filling your chest,

Moving into your heart space.

It's time to let go of everything outside of this moment,

Being present in your heart,

The inner sanctuary of your heart where you connect to something even greater still,

To your higher self,

To source,

Releasing and letting go of anything that had come before,

Anything that will come after.

Being in this moment in your body right now,

There might be thoughts that come,

We just let them move,

Coming back to your breath.

This present moment,

This moment is all that there is and there is peace here,

A reminder that you are whole,

But there is only remembering this wholeness as truth,

The love that you are,

That is yours to do now.

We have had much in our lives,

Much that we have been through many challenges,

Each an opportunity for us to learn,

To grow,

To understand more about ourselves,

Our soul's journey.

The past is over,

And yet each experience that we've ever had offers us information.

Today is a new day that we can start again.

We can take what we have been through and we can see that it's a hero's journey that we've walked,

A readiness,

A willingness to move forward this day,

Today,

Seeing through new eyes,

Through a new perception,

Choosing to see through the eyes of love.

Coming back to your breath,

Feeling your resourced nature,

The part of you that knows who you are,

Why you're here,

That you came to learn,

You came to experience,

To rise above challenge and to be more than you could possibly imagine.

Trust and know that this guidance that you feel,

These whispers of your soul that reach into the depths of your being are the truth of who you are.

Your higher self whispering gently,

Kindly,

Allow that voice to be the true voice,

Release and let go of the part that wants to keep us small,

Keep us in fear,

That part is ready to be released and let go.

Stand in the knowing of your fullness,

Of your wholeness,

Remember your wholeness,

Remember that this is who you are,

Ready to recover your soul.
