Welcome to Recover Your Soul Meditations with Rev.
Rachel.
Awakening Presence.
Take a deep breath,
Let yourself arrive.
You've chosen to be here,
To take this time to turn inward and awaken to a deeper truth of who you are.
This is your moment to pause,
To rest in the presence of your own soul.
There is nowhere else to be,
Nothing to fix,
Nothing to figure out.
Just breathe,
Just this moment.
As you breathe in,
Silently say to yourself,
I am here.
As you exhale,
I am ready to awaken.
I am here.
I am ready to awaken.
I am here.
I am ready to awaken.
Begin by noticing your body,
Wherever you're sitting or lying down.
Feel the points of connection between your body and the earth beneath you.
Let yourself be held.
Feel the weight of your body,
Not heavy,
Just grounded,
Safe,
Supported,
Whole.
Allow your awareness to expand to the air on your skin,
The temperature of the room,
The subtle sounds around you.
There's no need to block anything out.
The world around you is part of this meditation.
Let every sound,
Every breath,
Every heartbeat remind you that you are here.
I am ready to awaken.
Be aware of the sunlight or the soft glow of the space you're in.
Be aware of your surroundings,
This day,
This month,
This year.
A single moment in time in your long journey of your soul,
You are here now,
In this lifetime,
On the sacred earth,
And that is enough.
I am ready to awaken.
Notice how life is breathing you.
You don't have to control it.
You don't have to make it perfect.
Every breath is a whisper from spirit saying,
I am with you.
You are safe.
You are never alone.
Now let your awareness widen beyond your body,
Beyond the room,
To the earth beneath you.
Feel her ancient presence.
You are sitting on a planet that has been turning in love for billions of years.
You are part of that story.
See yourself among generations,
The ones who came before you and the ones who will come after.
You are the bridge between them.
Breathing in the wisdom of your ancestors,
Breathing out the blessings for those yet to come.
All of it exists in this one eternal moment.
I am here.
Not by force,
But by kindness.
When a thought arises,
Simply notice it.
And let it drift like a cloud across the blue sky.
There is no need to chase or judge it.
Return to your breath.
Return to your heart.
Return to the sanctuary of your heart.
As you rest in this inner sanctuary,
Imagine it gently opening.
Not wide,
Just enough to let the light in.
You might feel warmth or peace.
Or maybe nothing at all.
That's okay.
Your only job is to be here.
To see yourself as sacred.
To choose to awaken to love.
From this quiet,
Open-hearted space,
Notice how your awareness naturally includes everything.
You can sense your body and the world around you all at once.
The breath,
The heart.
You can be aware of those who are suffering.
Those who are afraid or lonely or caught in anger or confusion.
You don't have to fix them.
You don't have to take on their pain.
Just hold them gently in your awareness.
As part of the great tapestry of humanity.
In this awareness,
There is compassion.
In this awareness,
There is love.
All of it,
Joy,
Pain,
Beauty,
Loss.
It exists together.
Within the same field of divine presence.
I am here.
As you rest here,
Knowing that this simple act of being aware is the first step in recovering your soul.
Awareness is the awakening.
It is the moment where you remember that you are more than your story.
More than your habits.
More than your fears.
Awareness is the light that begins to guide you home.
You don't have to change anything.
You only have to notice.
Notice your breath.
Notice your body.
Notice your life as it is.
Notice the love that has been holding you,
Has been there all along.
You are ready for awakening.
The willingness to see,
To be present,
To remember.
Feel the air moving in and out.
Feel your heart beating softly within your chest.
Let gratitude arise.
For this moment.
For your willingness.
For the grace that is always available.
You are not separate from the divine presence that animates all things.
Awakening to itself.
Gently bring your attention back to this physical body.
Notice the ground beneath you,
The sounds around you.
The feeling of being fully here.
Carry this awareness with you as you move throughout your day.
Not as something to remember,
But as something to be.
Together we awaken.
Together we recover our souls.
