Welcome to The 90 Day Peace Project, where you can build persistent inner peace in 5 minutes a day. Directions: 1. Listen to the episodes in order. 2. Focus on ONLY one lesson per day. 3. A few times during the day, review that day's lesson. Each day builds on the previous, to help you release self-limiting beliefs, realize your true essence, manifest your desires with ease, and develop a sense of persistent peace.

Welcome to day 23.

You are doing great.

And I hope that you're really enjoying this journey.

Today's lesson is to observe from a detached perspective without getting engaged in the drama around the world around us.

Media,

Social media,

People are all trying to draw us in to their drama.

There's something very addictive about drama and yet it takes away from being able to feel at peace.

So today we are going to remember that we can choose not to participate,

But instead to stay detached,

To observe and notice drama coming around or being like someone trying to pull you into their drama and to notice that and observe it and kind of be like,

Oh,

I see what's happening here.

But deciding not to be dramatic,

It doesn't mean you're not going to be compassionate or not going to care that somebody is feeling bad.

That's not what I'm saying.

It just means you don't have to feel those things and you don't have to be manipulated by those things.

So the more that you can stay present and be an observer and be grounded,

Then the more that you're going to be able to maintain this sense of peace and actually it's going to start to affect others in a good way.

So their intensity of emotions up here,

But you're here,

They're not going to be able to stay up here without your participation.

So either you go up here or their intensity is going to come down.

So I want you to try it.

And I think it's going to be really helpful.

All right,

Keep me posted on how you're doing and I'll see you soon.
