Hello and welcome to this bubble meditation,
One of energetic protection of you and your body from anything that may be infiltrating your energy in the world.
Allow yourself to close your eyes,
Very gently and find either a spot on the floor or sitting upright in a chair.
It is best to have your shoes removed and feet flat on the floor.
Consider how you are imagining your feet underneath you whether you are lying down or if you're sitting in a chair,
Placing them flat in order to connect to the ground underneath you.
Grounding yourself and taking deep breaths through this meditation.
For the duration of this meditation allow yourself to gradually breathe in and out for our whole journey together in this sequence.
Allowing the breath to take over without noticing it and just allow the gentle breath to come in.
Imagining that you are allowing yourself to ask the question of your body,
What would you like to heal?
Your body may answer this question in different ways.
Asking your body how it would like to be healed or what needs to talk to you.
If it's your mind or your stomach,
Your solar plexus,
Your thighs,
Your back or your arms,
Wherever it is in your body place a hand on that place and ask your body what is this tension telling you?
What is the message it's sending you?
What question needs to be answered in order for your body to help heal itself?
It may be that you need less stress,
It may be that it speaks to the sadness,
It may be asking you to slow down.
Whatever has come up for you hold your hand on that place in your body.
Breathe in goodness and light and allow an out breath,
Stress and tension to be released.
And as we allow this releasing we are allowing releasing from all parts of our body that have stress and tension.
With our gentle in-breath goodness and light around us and the out-breath relieving and releasing any toxins or stress or anxiety we're releasing that.
Allowing yourself to let go and surrender into that releasing.
Considering now what that releasing is telling you.
What do you need now for you?
And what we will do now whatever your body or your mind your heart or your soul has asked that you need we will put that in to our request for the bubble around you.
We will be creating a bubble in our imagination one that cannot be touched though it's see-through.
Nobody knows it's there it's your wall of protection and boundaries for yourself and your energetic surrounding of your body.
For the energy around you this bubble stays there as long as you like it to and it continue to stay there.
It can continue to stay there after you complete this meditation.
Allowing the bubble to be fully formed as you imagine that.
No one can touch your bubble only you.
And as you sit inside your protective safe bubble ask the bubble what it gives to you and what it can hold for you as you move through the world once you complete this meditation today it's what is the message that this bubble can bring to your life in an ongoing way.
Breathe in that positive message and breathe out any final toxins or stress or tension.
Staying here bathing in the light that's coming in the light can come in to your bubble but it protects from any dark energy or stress or anxiety or tension that can't penetrate the bubble it can stay outside and it will remain there and we will remember this bubble that we have created now.
And we will ask the bubble for a final message for you.
What is one final thing the bubble can teach you or tell you today?
Allow that message to come in and allow it to stay with you as your positive message.
Know that this bubble can stay with you in your waking life and as you bring in these positives to your life and allow the message of the bubble to come in.
We'll imagine our feet grounded in the roots of the earth to ensure we are grounded both in the earth and within our bubble that connects us to our safe place.
Just breathing in the goodness from the soil of the earth and the bubble of protection around us.
And as you bathe in this warm light allow yourself to take one last look around and remember this place.
You can come back to this place at any time.
And gradually move your fingers and toes.
Keep your eyes closed as you come back into your body.
Gradually move your body around and come back into your body very gradually.
And allow sensations to be noticed.
Bring that positive bubble energy back into your body.
Allow it to be taken on for your day today.
Make some last moves and come back into your body very gradually.
And then when you're really well and truly ready you can open your eyes.
Do that very gradually and gently.
And coming back into the space taking the message of the bubble from today and this session.
And you can come back to this recording at any time you like.
And as we end once we're finished it may be helpful to write down some of the messages from your body or the bubble or from this sequence.
Allow yourself to go in peace for your day or for your nighttime sleep.
Take this message on as your message for your body,
Your mind,
Your heart and your spirit for the rest of the day and for as long as you can.
