Sweet reprieve,

This is a gentle reminder that you can let go of what you do not need.

What you no longer need to carry,

The heavy load.

Examine now what you can let go of today.

Are there thoughts that are putting you down,

Pulling you in the wrong direction?

Do you have a feeling that feels heavy?

We can experience,

Observe,

Feel and let these all pass.

We can experience some sweetness right here,

Right now and take rest.

This is the light of this moment.

This is the sweetness of now.

This is a gentle reprieve.

Feel the light that is now.

This is the sweetness.

It is being without effort or purpose.

Settle into this moment.

The gentle inhale and exhale.

The softening.

Feel the air caress you.

The sun that kisses your forehead.

Notice the grass between your toes.

The bubbling of the brook.

Smell the scent of the breeze.

Listen.

Listen to the rustling of the leaves.

Come be without want or worry and surrender here.

Settle into the joy of feeling the light of being which is a sweet reprieve.

Breathe in and exhale.

Namaste,

Dear one.
