All meals are included: Breakfast consists of choices: Coffee, fresh juices between fruits, pastries and muffins, pancakes, eggs, and bacon, or typical Jamaican breakfasts, which could include fish and vegetables. Lunch can be salads, pizza, fish, or seafood. Dinners consist of fish options, chicken, pasta, or vegetarian with 3-5 courses and desserts.

The remaining balance for the retreat is due 90 days prior to the start date. If this balance is paid earlier than these 90 days, you are eligible to cancel and receive a full refund of this remaining balance, provided you do so at least 90 days before the retreat begins.
