Hello and welcome to this guided meditation,
I'm Richard Willis and my voice will guide you in an elemental earth meditation where you can relax your body and mind and take on the strength and healing power of the earth element to ground and anchor you in your daily life.
So make yourself comfy and just simply allow my voice to go with you as your mind is gently guided through this practice.
First,
Close your eyes and just relax the body.
Let it settle,
Allow the muscles to relax and just notice your breathing.
Watch its gentle rhythm and with each out breath allow yourself to soften into the surface underneath.
On each exhale feel the body relax further,
Sensing the body connecting more deeply with the surface it's resting on.
With each exhale imagine putting down roots into the ground,
Allowing the earth itself to support you,
Nourish you,
Giving you the natural energy you need to thrive in life.
Imagine that energy now with its healing power and strength flowing up through the roots and into your body,
Up the legs,
Into the torso,
Along the arms,
Into the head,
Filling you up with nature's energy,
Your roots absorbing however much you need to rejuvenate you,
Heal you and give you a sense of strength and power,
Always fully supported by the earth beneath you,
Giving you whatever you need.
Rest for a few moments now in that earth energy of healing and gentle strength.
Well done.
Now draw your roots fully back into the body,
Back to normal and open your eyes,
Coming fully back into your surroundings,
Into the present moment and bringing with you the healing strength of the earth element.
